The Old Bike Shed

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in Puddletown, Dorset - Perfect for cyclists, walkers, and weekend escapees! The newly renovated 'old bike shed' is situated in the garden of my Victorian cottage with separate access. The room is bright and airy with garden views and access to a private decked area. The house is a short walk or ride to Puddletown forest and the surrounding countryside. We are bike friendly and there is secure storage for up to two bikes - available on request.

Relax in the sitting room with a smart TV. Enjoy a fully equipped modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, large fridge-freezer, and washer-dryer. The bathroom on the first floor has a shower over the bath. Open French doors to a shared garden with two communal hot tubs behind Yalbury. Unwind on your terrace and soak in the views.

Emerald lodge is situated 11km from Monkey World and 26km from Corfe Castle , other attractions are Sculptures by the lake and Athelhampton House. Poole harbour is 32km and Bournemouth 38km . The property has a kitchen , bedroom , sofa bed and two bathrooms . An outside patio area with fire pit and bbq , private parking for 2 cars . There is a tv in the bedroom and living area . This is a non smoking property . Travel cot is stored in the bedroom , please request a sheet on booking for this

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Self-contained with its own private entrance .The annex is attached to our home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Crossways near Dorchester. There is a hot tub available for your own exclusive use! In the heart of Hardy Country, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, the beautiful sands of Weymouth Bay are close by.

The Old Reading Room West Stafford

The Victorian Reading Room of West Stafford is of historical importance. Used before the war as a Reading Room for the villagers and estate workers, the newspapers were provided, the village shop in the late 1930s, then a workshop and a store room for the church. We have now lovingly restored, decorated and furnished this amazing building into a cosy self catering holiday retreat, "far from the madding crowd" Open plan, comfy double sofabed, wood burner, country walks and fabulous village pub.

The Yorkshireman @ Piddlehinton

We are so excited about our conversion. Completely self-contained, it is a lovely, light, cosy open space with a well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and a cool sleeping platform/mezzanine. Piddlehinton is a special place, 20 mins from the Jurassic Coast and 10 mins from Dorchester, in the renowned Piddle Valley, with beautiful walks, views and our award winning pub, The Thimble Inn. We are right next door if you need anything, but if you prefer your privacy, you can be totally separate.
