We spent 10 days in Leonardo & Gabriela’s Oltrarno apartment. It has charming yet sophisticated nautical decor , every amenity , great kitchen, in a well established, upscale , quiet neighborhood. Fabulous local restaurants , patisserie, butchers , fish market and fresh produce within 5 minutes walking . Also walkable to many important Florence sites and museums through the Porta Romana arch gate . It is a wonderful building and a magical experience . We usually stay at elevated hotels and this apartment met all our expectations. They were very responsive and helpful on several occasions. The kindest and nicest hosts. Thank you Gabriela and Leonardo!!!

Luogo mozzafiato, zona tranquilla inmerso nel bel messo delle colline , con dei paesaggi splendidi. Raccomando al 100%. Mery è stata gentilissima e ci a raccomandato dove è come muoverci in zona . Grazie ✨🙏😁

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Montepulciano. The space was spotless, well-appointed, and perfectly suited for our group. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and having two bathrooms made it especially convenient. The apartment was filled with charming Tuscan details and modern amenities, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The washer and dryer were a plus! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the town center with its charming shops, local restaurants, and stunning views of the countryside. Dorita and family were incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great recommendations for wineries and local attractions. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic Tuscan experience. We can’t wait to return!

Viaggio molto sia per lavoro che per svago, ma raramente mi sono sentito così a casa come nei 4 giorni trascorsi da Andrea. La casa è semplicemente meravigliosa, curata in ogni dettaglio, accogliente e con un’anima. È senza dubbio una delle più belle che abbia mai visitato! Ma ciò che rende davvero speciale il soggiorno è Andrea stesso: proattivo, disponibile, attento… si percepisce chiaramente che ama ciò che fa. Un’ospitalità genuina e calorosa che lascia il segno. In ogni ambiente si respira qualità: il materasso era comodissimo (ho dormito da favola!), il bagno molto ampio con una doccia davvero spaziosa e rilassante. Anche la TV presente sia in camera da letto che in salotto è un plus non da poco, non è da tutti! Esperienza top, assolutamente consigliata.

Appartamento spazioso a pochi minuti dal centro ma fuori dalla zona ZTL. Il posto macchina è un plus non da poco perché ce ne sono pochi in zona, inoltre è anche al coperto. Molto apprezzati i consigli dell'host sugli eventi che si tenevano quei giorni in città.

Il s’agit d’un spacieux appartement, très lumineux avec une vue sur les toits de Florence dans un bâtiment ancien. L’appartement était parfaitement propre et Fabio était très réactif. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Florenz, Simone war sehr nett und wir konntetn sogar früher einchecken das war seeehr nett und hat uns vieles erleichtert. Simone hat sich auch während dem Aufenthalt nach unserem Befinden erkundigt. Der Parkplatz befindet sich nocht auf dem Grundstück aber es gab viele Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe zu parkieren.

The view here leaves you absolutely breathless. I can’t emphasize this enough. If you are coming to Tuscany to soak in the vistas, colors and textures book this Airbnb!!! I guarantee it alone is worth booking for! The interior is really nice and cozy too. The garden is perfect. And on top of all that the service was 5 star - very attentive and helpful. We will be back if life provides the opportunity.

This is a perfect place if you'd like to explore busy Tuscany, yet at the same time you want to return at the end of each day to a place of serenity, peace and quiet. 5 minute drive from the Fi-Pi-Li highway, you have about 45 minutes to pretty much all cities (Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Sienna). We loved the house. Spacious, lots of outside spots to enjoy the view of the valley below, cozy inside, great kitchen, Nespresso machine... Two fluffy cats rule the place and there is constant gentle frog serenade from the marsh in the valley below. If you're reading this and the house is vacant, book it.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Have a great time here, the view is very nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The room has everything we needed (and more), very clean, well set up and it is exactly as the advertised picture. And also Elettra and Irene are such great host, they are friendly and really helpful.

Casa affascinante , molto curata e in ottima posizione per visitare San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Peccioli e altri borghi. Ottima comunicazione con Lorenzo che si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Het appartement is ruim genoeg voor 2 stellen. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Mooie locatie, net onder de rivier de Arno. Alle bezienswaardigheden zijn lopend goed te bereiken. Het kan 's avonds wat gehorig zijn, neem voor de zekerheid oordopjes mee als je daar gevoelig voor bent. Zowel harde als zachte kussens aanwezig, extra dekens indien nodig. Bij aankomst stonden er 2 flesjes water klaar, en douchegel/zeep in de badkamer. De keuken is volledig uitgerust, o.a. nespresso en zelfs een elektrische melkopschuimer! Het is even zoeken hoe het werkt met koken/gas. In het appartement ligt een map met uitleg. Ook reageert de host heel snel op vragen! Er zijn wel wat kleine dingen niet goed onderhouden (losse badkamerkraan, los handvat raam, beschadiging tafelblad), maar dat doet niks af aan het plezier om in het appartement te verblijven. Ik raad het aan!

The apartment was small but perfect for 1-3 people. The amenities were modern - kitchen and bathrooms. The place was decorated tastefully. I loved the location.

This is probably one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I have stayed in. The river view is not exaggerated - it is amazing. Matteo and his team were extremely responsive and helped with one of our breakfast reservations. They also provided not only a crib for my son but also a chair for him and little colorful cups and plates - such a nice touch. The washing machine was also super helpful! We’d stay here again without a second thought, it was a magical stay and made our time in Italy a vacation we will never forget.

Very central position, but still quiet and peaceful. All the main attractions closed by. A really clean and well equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place and great hosts! Carlotta checked in on us every day to ensure we were comfortable and well set up. The property itself is fantastic and in a piazza with great restaurants at a stones throw away. Would highly recommend and would love to come back to the property the next time we are in Italy again!

Great place, super clean and welcoming. It is located in a nice neighborhood with restaurants and supermarkets. However, the distance from the center still makes it worth taking the bus.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour , Andrea a été un super hôte: nous avions du retard il a été très bienveillant, il a eu des petites attentions pour nous et notre fille de 2 ans . Que dire du charme de l’appartement… Le logement est très bien équipé,rien ne manque !! Pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner il y a un magnifique piano pour se mettre au fourneau ! Gros plus : l’ascenseur, très apprécié quand comme nous voyager léger est un lointain concept Bref je ne peux que vous recommander Andrea et son appartement !
