'Holly Berry' is a cosy holiday hideaway in the picturesque Nottinghamshire village of Wellow. Please note that Holly Berry is only bookable for a maximum of two adults. It is equipped with kitchenette (larder fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster but no oven or hob), shower/washroom, small sofa, mezzanine level with double mattress, wood burning stove, television and private outdoor seating area with bike lock-up. Two excellent village pubs within 100 yards serving delicious home-cooked meals.

Lincoln, Sherwood Forest, Retford & Newark are close by. It has a kitchenette suitable for basic cooking. A comfortable double bedroom & a small, lovely shower room. Smart TV & WiFi. Welcome to our little cottage! Perfect for a peaceful break away. The space is cosy and ideal for a base if you want to explore the local area. The lounge and kitchen are a combined area with a separate bedroom and shower room. The Bees' Knees pub is close by and excellent for a meal out! You can also find another super pub called The Ferry Boat a mile away. There is a small patio area outside the bedroom door with a patio set so that you can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air.

It is situated in a pretty and peaceful rural location, but is only 15 minutes by car from Lincoln Cathedral and Castle and 8 mins from the Lincoln Showground, so guests have all the convenience of being really close to attractions but with the advantage of a peaceful nights sleep.
