Amazing mountain and lake views from every window. 50' of direct water access with small sandy beach, outdoor firepit and grill, and multiple hang out spots. The cottage is newly built and furnished, has an indoor fireplace, central AC, fully stocked kitchen, and screened in room overlooking the lake. There are 2 kayaks available for use. Be assured everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. This 3 bedroom, one bath cottage has everything you need! Has a screened in porch, sleeps 6, has full kitchen, full bath, linens included, WIFI, Smart TV with streaming, DVD player and DVD’s, BBQ grill, fire pit and wood on site for purchase. We also have a farm within walking distance of the cottage. Only 10 miles south of Old Forge. Not far from nearby hiking trails, and everything Old Forge has to offer. This is a great place to stay to relax and not have the traffic of town.

Birches Cottage is part of Four Seasons Cottages on 4th lake. Birches is a cozy camp with 2 bedrooms both with queen beds, a bathroom with a tub and shower. It is very near our sandy beach where we have Adirondack chairs for guests to use while watching the sunrise over the Lake. We only rent by the week in July and August with check in and out only on Saturdays. we have Adirondack chairs on beach, WIFI TV pillows, blankets/comforters, please bring your own sheets and towels.

Situated directly by the Ausable River and surrounded by beautiful vineyards and gardens you will be immersed in nature at any time if the year. It's sure to restore the soul. The gentle rumble of the river is ever present as you look out over the natural beauty. During the summer cool off in the river and come back to the screened in porch for an evening meal. In the winter fire up the pellet stove and get cozy. 15 minutes to Whiteface and Keene and 25 Minutes to Lake Placid.

Charming, spacious and newly renovated one bedroom cottage in Inlet, NY. Location, location , location! Located less than 5 min drive from the village and in an ideal location for snowmobilers! The cottage sits just across from a groomed trail. In the spring, summer and fall enjoy close proximity to lakes, town, major hiking trails, restaurants and other attractions that the area has to offer. Old Forge is just a 20 min drive and Inlet village is just a leisurely walk away.

Brought to life again, our studio was build in late 1800's. Labor of love, as we tried to preserve all the original features of this house. 2 bedrooms, can sleep 2 guests comfortably. 1 bathroom, small kitchen, with propane stove, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. In a small, and quiet town of Bloomingdale, NY. 10 min from Saranac Lake NY, 20 min from Lake Placid, NY. Our studio is not a luxury accommodation, but more of a country farmhouse.

The rate is for 4 guests, however we can accommodate 5, at an additional charge of $50.
