The Ponderosa, an Authentic Family Cottage

The Ponderosa is a unique, renovated 1500+ sq. ft., family cottage. Built around an early 1900s tenant house, in 1966. Upstairs: full bathroom, sitting room with a futon, sofa, and TV, bedroom with full size bed with pop up trundle, and a day bed with pop up bed. Quiet rural setting. 20 min. to Downtown Lafayette. Small, house trained non-shedding, dog ok, upon pre-approval.
