We will certainly be back!!! Very walkable little town and friendly area. This was our second stay with you guys and our pup loves the outdoor area just as much as we do!

Our stay at this location was amazing! We felt right at home and the hosts were amazing and extremely responsive with any questions. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area. Book with them, you cannot go wrong !!!

This place was a great location, especially if you have an event downtown! We had a wedding to attend and could walk everywhere. Chris was so responsive and the place was perfect for our group of friends. Would stay again!

We had a short but sweet stay! The location is pretty unbeatable if you’re not going to be waterfront. Easy walk across the bridge to public accesses and restaurants and coffee! The backyard was fantastic for our toddler to run around freely and safely. The hosts were the best kind of people. They were friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again! I’m very familiar with the area and the house felt like a secluded getaway from the tourists and traffic on the island. Big bonus!

We travel to Wilmington a few times a year to see my daughter in college. This was by far the nicest airbnb we have stayed in. Yes it can be loud at night but you are right in the middle of everything. Shopping, restaurants, bars, river walk. We had a teenager with us so we were able to walk right downstairs to go to a few bars but not be too far away from her. The balcony back deck is great too. She felt like she was at the club on Friday and Saturday nights. The sound machine in the bedroom was great to override the noise when it was time for bed. Kathleen was so friendly and helpful and communicated throughout our stay. She was even there when we arrived to make sure we knew where to park. The unit came with two parking spots which was great when my older daughter came into downtown to visit. We would love to stay at this spot again!

Lynne’s studio was perfect in every way! It was immaculate, inviting, cozy, and in a perfect location for exploring downtown, and the Riverwalk on foot! The bed was extremely comfortable. I would recommend bringing earplugs! We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night, and being so close to the nightlife scene, it was pretty noisy until around 3 AM. Friday night, no earplugs, was difficult to sleep, but Saturday night, with earplugs, was a very restful night! We loved our experience at this Airbnb and would highly recommend it if you’re in the area.

Great spot, perfect for my husband and I to stay while celebrating my son’s graduation from UNCW. Would book again!

I was in town taking care of my daughter who had some medical issues and attends UNCW. The property was perfect for me. It’s just right off campus, walkable, and was just a 4 minute drive to her dorm. It is also close to restaurants and shops, just a very good location in the center of Wilmington in general. The inside is very open with lots of natural light. It’s cozy, roomy and the bed was comfortable. Sandy was responsive and helpful. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Absolutely loved the location and the views from the apartment!! The beach and pier, are just a short walk away. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants and great walking loop for your pups, if they come to vacation with you!

If you're looking for a little oasis to get away, this is a great spot! The photos don't do all the cool details of the place justice! Such a cozy place to stay to enjoy a long weekend getaway in Wilmington! Thank you for your hospitality!

This was a sweet stay and just right for my time in Wilmington. I was delayed on check-in and Kristin was accommodating of my change of plans. The place was clean and had everything I needed. The area is very walkable. I recommend this location for your stay in Wilmington.

We absolutely loved the cozy/homey feel of this airbnb. It was just the right size and the perfect atmosphere. Jessica was incredibly responsive and if I had any questions she was able to answer them. We had a wonderful stay and I would recommend it to anyone else!

My family of 5 had an absolutely wonderful stay! The views are better than the pictures!! We arrived at night, I would recommend arriving during day to get the initial feel of the breathtaking views of the ocean that instantly makes you feel relaxed and at home. When we woke up (just a few hrs after getting in) the sunrise from the balcony was truly magical. The condo itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed minus food of course 🤭—from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy bedding. Every detail was clearly considered with comfort in mind. We also loved having access to both indoor and outdoor pools, which gave the whole family something to enjoy no matter the weather. The location couldn’t be better—steps from the beach and close to local dining and attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I look forward to visiting again as a family and or just a romantic getaway. I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful condo.

Great relaxing retreat!! The oceanfront porch was priceless. We spent so much time out there. The owners were so responsive and flexible. We had two 18 year olds who had fun playing basketball, hanging out on the beach and touring around. We hope to go back soon.

What a wonderful location! Rita was a great host and very responsive. Honestly the condo was fantastic. The kitchen was spotless, the living room was roomy and comfy, the bathrooms were super clean and the bedrooms were both very comfortable. We were able to walk to the beach in 2 minutes and the beach location was great. The kids loved the indoor pool as well. We only live about 10 minutes away and we will be returning for sure!

Lisa is an amazing host. she was there for any of our questions or needs. She put a tent around the hot tub so that mosquitos didn't get us. she gave us recommendations on restaurants and her cat's and dog are super friendly

We were nicely surprised by how stocked with gadgets and spices the kitchen was as well as with a lot of necessities such as paper towel, trash bags, cleaning products… Gorgeous view
