Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

An affordable and unique stay in the Echuca region. A lovely historic building with a modern interior that’s been renovated to accommodate families and travellers. The house sleeps 6. In one room there is a queen bed and in the other a triple bunk with a trundle bed . The bathroom has 2 showers and 2 toilets. There are several areas to relax in with air-conditioning and free wifi. While perfectly suited for couples or single travellers, the cottage is unsuitable for people travelling with pets. Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.
