Laurie’s home was the perfect size for our girls weekend to celebrate the bride. The patio was extensive and comfortably fit all of us for a hibachi chef and dinner. It was a quick drive from the house to the wineries, which was fantastic.

My family and I had a beautiful stay and I couldn’t have asked for a better rental. The Airbnb was huge with more than enough room for everyone and the backyard was large and spacious enough to have everyone eat comfortably. If I ever need another large rental you can bet I’m gonna check here first.

We had an amazing stay at Michael’s Airbnb this past weekend! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Michael was a fantastic host: super responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel completely at home. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the setting was even more beautiful in person. We were all very happy with the check-in/check-out. Instructions were clear and host left helpful information. Beds were quite comfortable. More than enough space for all. Laundry room was a plus. Easy to access town & beach. Lovely place - quiet - clean. Would definitely book again.

My stay here was phenomenal! From the host’s response time, down to the amenities that were placed throughout the house. As soon as you walk in, it felt like home. We had a wonderful two day stay at Roger and Amy’s place. It was fantastic- such a beautiful, inviting home. Our kids had a blast in the heated pool- we could barely get them to come out despite it being under 60 degrees out! The kitchen was stocked with more than just kitchen basics- the spice cabinet had soo many different choices ! It was probably the most perfect AirBnb experience I’ve had and we travel plenty.

Staying at Amy's place was perfect for my friends and I while we're out on the North Fork for a wedding. Amy was very responsive with any questions we had. We were all very comfortable in the main living area as well as our bedrooms. The house was conveniently located to the wedding venue and my friends were also very happy that it was located near some pickleball courts. Thank you Amy for a wonderful stay.

John's listing was excellent. It was an hour away from my event, but I picked the address so that's on me. the beach is across the street that was awesome. I will stay at John's listing again.

We cannot get enough of this amazing North Fork bungalow! We have enjoyed staying here several times over the last 5 years and hope to be back again next year! The space is perfect for our family of 6! We enjoy making a fire pit out back, cooking dinner together in the kitchen, playing games at the dining room table and snuggling up together on the couch! Our 4 kids cannot get enough of the bedroom upstairs! They love reading, playing games and being altogether for a big sleepover! We love taking a break from our busy life to relax and enjoy walks to town for coffee and dinner, hiking on the beach, the wineries and taking a trip over to Shelter island to hike and explore! Thank you again for having us and for all of the memories we have made together in your beautiful house! We hope to see you again next year!

My family and I stay in greenport quite a bit and all agreed that this was our favorite Airbnb to stay in! The house was comfortable and beautifully designed. The host was so helpful when we had questions. Also, the water pressure in the showers was awesome which is hard to come by! Thank you for a great stay - we will be back!!

The inside and outside areas were meticulously maintained. The weather was great, so we were able to really enjoy the pool and deck. Michelle was extremely responsive and did a great job with instructions, recommendations, and communications. One member of our party needed to work a few days, and the office space in the basement was perfect.

This is our 2nd review Victoria’s properties and we just want to reiterate how special of a landlord Victoria is. The best. I cannot recommend her properties enough if you are in need of a Greenwich rental like we were.

I would highly recommend Melissa's place in Jamesport. It was a great location with room to enjoy with some family members including children. It was perfect with some toys and a big outdoor area (and a private beach!) for us all to spend some time together while visiting family in the area. Melissa was accommodating and clear in her directions and gave us a warm welcome with a greeting basket, information about the area and coffee! The location is lovely and everything about the house was fun and comfortable. Thanks!

We loved this vacation, Peconic is the perfect place to spend 2 peaceful weeks by the Sound. The cabins are comfortable and the kitchen has great cookware and sharp knives. There are ticks here, check yourself regularly.

Great place to stay with a group! Easy check-in and out, hosts communicated that we could leave a little later (without us asking!). Extra linens, towels, TP, and essentials are all available. Very impressed with the quality of the products they left for us to use (like soaps and shampoos). We stayed in the off season, so we did not get to utilize the pool, but I would imagine if that was open this house would be out of this world!

David has a very charming home with everything you need for your stay. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at Jimbo's. All the bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The whole family enjoyed chilling out in the comfy sofas with a nice library in the living area. We all and in particular our dog loved the huge, green and well maintained lawn. He had so much fun with all the space to run and play! For us the greenery was very relaxing. The location is good - a 5 minute walk from the ice cream store, 12 minute walk from Crescent Beach (with the happening Sunset Beach Club), a 5 minute drive from the IGA, and a 5 minute drive from North Ferry. The furthest we had to drive was a 12 minute drive to Rams Head Point. The outdoor shower was lovely! Jimbo was very friendly and very responsive including providing some very efficient "tech support" on the dryer even though he was out of town. The issue was a confusing light on the dryer and some user error and was easily resolved on the phone. Additional towels were dropped off upon request. A pretty comprehensive set of silverware, plate settings, and kitchen utensils made it a fun and easy stay. Thank you Mary and Jimbo for sharing your house, we had precious moments there and we highly recommend it !

we rented La Spiaggia in December, and while it's mostly going to be more beautiful and better in the summer (since it's a beach house) it was still perfectly fine in the winter; well insulated and with good strong heaters. speaking of the beach I can't stress enough of how close this place is to the water; I'm talking literally ten steps to the sand. I would certainly recommend the place as a great summer getaway!
