This was the perfect place for our first road trip with our newborn baby and dog. Absolutely beautiful location with huge, securely fenced yard for our pup to explore. The house is very comfortable and well outfitted with all the kitchen stuff we needed to cook all of our meals, shower toiletries, etc. The view from the house and porches is stunning and the private beach could be fun for swimming or using the two person kayak. We will absolutely be back!

Jay’s home is an oasis only 1.5 hours from San Francisco - a perfect place for a long weekend get-away with my husband and golden retriever. The house is very private and serene, perched above the river. We loved cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and spent hours playing games at the outdoor dining table. We loved meeting Jay, who was welcoming, extremely hospitable and made us feel right at home. Thank you Jay, we hope to be back again soon!

Charming little cabin, well appointed, comfortable accommodations during a winter stay, would recommend to anyone who enjoys exploring the outdoors and wants to visit the Feather River Canyon. Liz was very helpful and responsive.

Beautiful location right on the coast. Wonderful views from the deck and hot tub. You didn’t need to leave the property feel like you were on vacation.

Beautiful place!!! We really enjoyed the sounds of waives crashing against each other and how roomy the house is! House is close to everything and not far of a drive to all the locate beaches!!!

Kathy’s place was a wonderful home base for our Tahoe weekend. Being able to walk out to the edge of the lake, and out onto a beautiful pier in the peaceful water, just a minute away from the unit, was magical. It was very close to Tahoe City shops and restaurants- you could easily walk or bike over. The location was ideal. The complex was very quiet while we were there (Spring), really so peaceful, and just enough away from the bustle of the main road. Kathy was a very helpful and communicative host. Everything was comfortable and clean, and we had any amenity we could think of at the ready. All around, a lovely stay in a beautiful place, thanks Kathy!

Wow! This home has an exceptional setting - the spectacular views of the ocean from the great room are mesmerizing. The master bedroom and lower level bedrooms all have gorgeous views of the ocean as well. The Ocean Bluff Trail passes right behind the house, making it so convenient to explore the coast. Great for nature lovers - we saw seals, deer, rabbits, fox, and many varieties of sea birds. Also the home is pet friendly and our dog loved it! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

I stayed at this lovely home when I was in Truckee for a wedding and it was perfect for my stay. The home was clean and cozy with clear instructions for everything. It is well stocked with plenty of kitchenware, towels, extra blankets, and more. The layout and location were ideal and in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a big driveway and a garage you can park in. Sean was easy to communicate with and responsive. I didn't need to reach out to him, but it was nice to know he would be available. I would easily stay here again the next time I am up in the Truckee area.

Stunning property with ocean views from the living room. This classic Sea Ranch architecture is beautifully complemented by tasteful decor and a well-stocked kitchen. We truly felt at home and had a wonderful time. Willa and Craig were fantastic hosts—providing clear directions, helpful local tips, and being readily available if we needed anything. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront property! The place was spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It’s the kind of place that instantly slows your heartbeat and reminds you how good it feels to just be. The cabin itself was spotless, organized & cozy. So many of my friends asked for the link after seeing our videos, they couldn’t believe such a gem existed! Grippers is the kind of place you want to keep a secret, but it’s too special not to share. The house is in the most beautiful and dramatic setting. We didn’t want to leave! The kitchen was a bit tight for group cooking but it’s super well outfitted with plenty of plates & glasses and every gadget & serving piece you could want. We had a great time here & I would book here again in a heartbeat.

This was my first Airbnb and Debra has defiantly set a high bar ! The house was beautiful, clean, in a great location, and had plenty of amenities. There were lots of things to keep the kids entertained. Debra was also very responsive and provided clear instructions. There are helpful notes and binders around the house as well! Absolutely incredible stay! This cliff house in Albion was hands-down the highlight of our entire trip. The view is something out of a postcard waking up to the ocean crashing below and sunsets that stopped us in our tracks every night. The house itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. We spent hours just relaxing on the deck, soaking it all in. Plus, the local food scene was surprisingly awesome lots of fresh seafood and charming spots nearby. We didn’t want to leave! Can’t recommend this place enough. Something magical about a woodstove with the sound of the ocean nearby.

Wow, what a special place. The rainy days couldn’t ruin the trip, even though they tried. Gazing out the huge windows in the living room was peaceful and more entertaining than we could have imagined. Seals resting on the beach between the estuary and ocean, plenty of birds and beautiful spring blooms. The property is exactly as pictured, if not even more impressive in person. Super clean, well equipped, comfortable furniture and the bathrooms were very luxurious. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen; which is well equipped and comfortable for preparing meals. One of the best AirBnBs we have stayed at and plan to return soon (if not annually).

We had a lovely experiecne at Greg's property. The location is pristine - right by the lake facing mountains! We had toddlers with us during the stay and they thoroughly enjoyed camping out in the porch. Greg was a very responsive host, and easily accessible. We highly recommend this place for families looking for peace and quite, and that enjoy getting close to the nature. We look forward to staying at Greg's listing again!
