Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Sam é sempre molto disponibile ad aiutare e a risolvere i piccoli problemi che si possono presentare viaggiando soli,l’appartamento é molto ben disposto e ordinato e la posizione del Residence é la migliore di tutta Pattaya Subito fuori avete diverse bancarelle per street food e ristornati,e anche un 7eleven se volete prepararvi qualcosa a casa (la cucina è provvsadi tutti gli utensili, molte vote negli appartamenti mettono giusto il necessario, qui avrete tutto di tutto) In 10/20 min a piedi sei a Tree town o sul lungomare in 30 min arrivi a Walking street o Soi 6 !! Una posizione migliore di questo residence a mio avviso a Pattaya non esiste! Palestra dispone di tutto il necessario per potersi allenare in potenziamento muscolare oppure in cardio, avendo diversi macchinari! Piscina molto bella e provvista di un buon numero di lettini(cosa da non sottovalutare in Thailandia,molte volte nei residence i lettini non sono sufficienti)! Estremamente consigliato, senza dubbio ritornerò!?

it was a great experience at this apartment. very clean with all the equipment that you need for your stay. AO she is a great host very kind and try to help always. there's 7-Eleven at the building. and outside, there's a few massages and restaurants. one of the best apartments I had at airbnb.

Excellent Condo!! Clean and spacious. Great location on baht bus route and near many restaurants. Condominium complex has very good facilities. Host was very accommodating letting me check in early. Highly recommend this condo.

J was absolutely delightful from start to finish. Her place is a nice getaway. The area is nice and quiet, a little bit far from all the main action which is exactly what I was looking for. Direct access to the beach and pool is open late till 10! I’m missing that incredible view already. Thank you for everything!

le logement était conforme au photos mais pas très propre. vaiselle pour seulement 2 personnes alors que nous étions 3. Obligation d'avoir un véhicule parceque un peu éloigné de tout. pour le reste tout était parfait

it was so near to beach and we were getting tuk tuk to go to walking street per person 10Bhat and while coming also we got tuk tuk after getting down it was walkable distance.the room was tidy and hygiene.loved the place .I recommend for people who loves to stay near beach.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Benny. Le logement est impeccable. Il y a de tout pour cuisiner, le lit est confortable et la vue du balcon est super. La piscine aussi est incroyable. Directement dans l'immeuble il y a un 7/11 et une machine distributrice qui fait d'excellents cafés! Le logement est à 3 minutes de marche du BTS ce qui est génial pour te rendre n'importe où en transport en commun. Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement! Merci encore Benny !

Really, Great place. Great Host. Amazed with their top notch checkin and checkout Experience. One of the Best pools in the city. What we looked on the photo was actually there.

Comfy & cozy and yet, spacious! Felt like a “home away from home” from the moment I arrived! Nuttama was an extremely helpful and responsive host from the start offering excellent suggestions on great places to eat nearby according to my particular tastes and, mentioned other helpful conveniences nearby, too. Nice building and, adjacent to a hotel with onsite restaurants. Loved the scent wafting through air in the lobby! Cool city view and yet, still felt private being on the 17th floor, with not one but, two balconies! Nice tub for a soak too, in addition to the separate enclosed shower area.

A wonderful host, great communication, nice, spacious apartment with direct access to the swimming pool. 7/11 and small shops / restaurants around the building. Overall, great 1-month stay, would return next time I visit Pattaya. A+ experience!

Great location- walkable and proximate without any nighttime noise. Rooftop pool and gym were great amenities and added value. Clean and fully functional room. Easy to procure garage parking for a rented motorbike. Only con was internet speeds and required periodic login. Not an issue for casual use, but would be problematic for streaming or remote work.

I had an amazing stay! The place looks exactly like the photos—beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout. I also really appreciated how safe and secure the property felt. And that pool—so big and perfect for relaxing! Would definitely recommend and love to stay again.

Bew is very nice. She replied to my messages swiftly. The building was easy to find. The environment is good. There are plenty of facilities eg. restaurants, massage shops, fruits markets, shopping malls, exchange booths, coffee bars, ATM, 711 shops….. , moreover, it’s easy to access walking street for night performances. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenhalt. In der Wohnung hat es und an nichts gefehlt und die Aussicht vom 21. Stockwerk war traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Young is very good host. He met us personally and took to the apartment. All the time he was online and answering all our questions. The location of the apartment is perfect, close to main road and shopping centre. The apartment is nice and clean.
