We absolutely loved our relaxing and enjoyable getaway. It was our first time visiting Tempe. The location was great for my husband and I for walking to burn off the calories of all the food and drinking we did, with a very short walk to the river where we watched the sun set each evening. The pool was relaxing and peaceful (no screaming children or families taking over the pool). The only thing I would change is that when we checked in (they allowed early check-in, which was amazing) we couldn't figure out how to get the fob to open the door. It was user error. The directions were clear with pictures of each step along the way. Tiko had a friend meet us to show us how to use the fob, and we did not have to wait at all. Tiko was extremely responsive to anything we needed, from booking to checking out. I highly recommend this rental - it was very clean, with a great agent, and a perfect location with beautiful places to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather. We would rent this unit again!

This was the perfect spot for our family weekend in Phoenix to visit my son. Great central location—close to Castles N’ Coasters and a short drive to the West World Equidome Scottsdale for an MMA event , and The Buffalo Chip Saloon to catch some Bull Riding. The 3-bedroom unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved relaxing on the patio overlooking the lake with ducks and geese, and the walking path out back was a nice bonus. The host was responsive and very accommodating, even allowing an early check-in which made our arrival smooth. At $603 for 3 nights, it was a great value for the area and size. We’ll definitely save this place for future visits. Highly recommend it for families or small groups!

Very clean, spacious and well equipped unit. Kitchen was very up to date. Everything was tidy and had a nice aesthetic. Proximity to the lake is wonderful yet felt very private. Great communication from the host.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Tempe! The space was spotless, well designed, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. It’s in a great location just a short scooter ride to tons of restaurants and bars, which made going out super convenient and fun. The pool area was also a huge bonus and perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Tempe!

We enjoyed our stay in Chandler very much! The location was great and near some good restaurants. We loved the lake and enjoyed walking to a local office shop as well as taking in some sights. The heated pool and hot tub were great, especially the one with the lake view. We didn’t use the pickle ball courts but it was nice to have them located right there if you wanted too. We also enjoyed having the kitchen stocked with most everything you could need to cook with. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come again!

No frills (not even a cactus postcard on the fridge) apartment. Clean, spacious, accessible. Nice charming neighborhood. Very walkable and youthful. Prized for location and relative quiet.

We had an amazing time at Bo’s Place! The house had plenty of space for our family, kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean! My family appreciated the welcome basket. The lake was so beautiful and relaxing, pool was an added bonus! I highly recommend it!!

My family and I absolutely loved it! Charles was such a great host, friendly, and was very responsive! The home was beautiful, the pool and golf simulator were enough for us to just stay there our whole trip. I loved the location of the home, not far from restaurants at all and it was super peaceful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!! Thank you Charles for being a great home and allowing us to enjoy the space!!

This cabin has been by far the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. Aaron was very helpful and communicated very clearly. The cabin was fully stocked with all necessary supplies such as toilet paper, dish soap, detergent and trash bags. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. The real gem was the outdoor patio, absolutely breathtaking views and very cozy. We are definitely looking forward to booking Aaron’s cabin again.

very peaceful for my family! The boys couldn't believe the fish they caught! huge catfish! Hot tub was perfect in evenings! Liked garage access for rental car! Walkers across the way kept gazing at the beauty of the property from opposite side of pond! Great place for kids to practice kayaking! The hosts were very accommodating and responsive!

What a great place! It was perfect for our three generation family. It was as nice as it looked in the photos and the pool was warm and inviting. It was also fun to be on the water. Matt was super responsive to any questions we had. The location was near plenty of restaurants and not too far from Phoenix attractions. Highly recommended.

Megan was a super host for sure! From the time we walked in we felt like we were at a 5 star resort. It was so clean, beautifully furnished, and the patio and pool was just sparkling, ready for use. We loved that the pool was heated to 90° and was INCLUDED in the cost of the stay! Megan was so easy to contact and she was so responsive to any questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and safe! We had our kids with us and went on several walks around to the nearest stores and the super yummy donut shop down the rd. DAILY DONUTS. Not only were all the beds so comfortable, but the house was also spaced out enough that the bedrooms were quite noise proof from the family room. The kitchen was great to cook in; so great for entertaining with the family. If we ever come back to the Avondale area, we would love to stay here again. It was a 10/10.

Great place to stay!! Very clean and secure. Lots of stuff in the kitchen to make meals. Beds were very comfortable and nice hot showers. We didn’t do any activities on the property but there is a lot to do if we had more time. Had to communicate some with the owners and they were prompt and very friendly. I will definitely stay here again!!

The place was clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Great location, walkable to the park and lots of nearby restaurants. The pools were refreshing and the gym was a nice bonus. Thanks for a great stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I love when an older building is rehabilitated for future use. Inside was very modern and clean. Pool and canal were nice views. Wi-Fi, shower, toilets, and drains all functioned perfectly. Bed was sturdy and comfortable. I would stay again. I would recommend.

Derek’s place was very conveniently located, just off the highway but never heard the hwy noise, golf course and car dealerships in-between.

Cannot say enough how helpful Evan was in getting me checked in and responding to my questions. Very clear instructions and the condo is comfortable and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Alan’s place was great. Stayed for over a week. Quiet, convenient, incredibly clean! Hopefully it’s available next time I’m in town!
