Small Cozy Guest house, great location if you are visiting downtown San Antonio River walk. It is within 3 mile distance, a short Uber ride anywhere in town including Fort Sam Houston. San Antonio is one of the oldest cities in the U.S with no doubt very beautiful. A lot of the neighborhoods surrounding downtown are not fully developed, there is a lot of restoration going on. If you are looking into staying a more modern/new area, this might not be what your are looking for. Great price/location

The Loft - Monte Vista

Our garage loft is a renovated and refurnished 900sf apartment. Clean, simple spaces and furnishings make for a relaxing getaway. We are in the Monte Vista Historic District, a 1-mile square walkable neighborhood 3 miles north of downtown and a 1.5 miles from the Pearl District. Our main house is a 1914 Prairie Style residence sheltered by the largest oak tree in San Antonio. We are happy to share our back yard, pool pavilion, and pool during our guests' stays.

Newly renovated guest house centrally located in Monte Vista Historic District. This 400sq ft stand alone structure sits behind our main house, built in 1905. Quick drive or 20 minute walk to central downtown, 10 min walk to the pearl, restaurants and hangout spots all right in the neighborhood.
