All amenities including a tiny kitchen and full patio. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. Plenty of other places to visit like Laguna Beach in Dana point , the coastline is like the south of France in this location with a touch of Spanish Ole Hanson !

Please note, our property has stairs. The entrance is reached by walking up about 2 1/2 flights of stairs, and then once inside there are another 2 flights to reach the roof top deck. We think the view is worth it!

The apartment is located in the heart of downtown San Clemente, within walking distance to everything. Walk out the door and you have your choice of over 20 different restaurants and retail stores to choose from (two of our favorites are right next to our apartment). The beach and pier are a 16 minute walk and on Sundays there is a farmers market that is lots of fun.
