A pochi metri dall'abitazione ci sono sempre parcheggi disponibili e gratuiti, non ci sono restrizioni ZTL riguardanti il centro storico. La casa è completa di tutti i servizi.

This Villa has tremendous views, a secluded swimming pool surrounded by lavender bushes, and is only few kilometers from bars and restaurants. It is a spacious and well equipped place for up to 6 people to stay, somewhere gorgeous and serene yet still within 45 minutes of all of Umbria's tourist attractions. Gas heating, Air conditioning, WiFi, SMART TV, free firewood and a BBQ. Recent new wooden deck, pool patio tiles and an extensive kitchen refresh.

The two-storey sky-earth house was rebuilt and refurbished after the 1997 earthquake but still preserves its original rural structure. We like to come here to relax and enjoy la bella italia in a tranquil and safe context. This has been our family home for many years. Now that we dont't use it often we are happy to share it with you. We made it with lots of love, and hope you feel at welcome.

Near a small medieval village Poggio Cupro 2km from Cupramontana, with restaurants, pizzeria, shops and bars. Very quiet environment, central position to visit the Frasassi caves, Fabriano, Jesi, Gubbio, Ancona, Perugia, Assisi, and the Adriatic coast. We rent out scooters.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
