The studio is beautifully designed! It takes full advantage of the small space and welcoming outdoor area with a table that fits four and comfy sofa. I love the choice of soothing grays and off-whites throughout, including the luxurious and comfortable king-sized bed. The kitchen and bathroom are well- appointed and inviting - for example, the Keurig coffee maker and large refrigerator, and the fantastic shower and toiletries. The kitchen is small, with a round table that fits one person. Excellent choice for one person, or maybe two if a short stay. Within a couple of minutes drive to restaurants and cafes, Chase Bank, Safeway.

Marjorie's place was so peaceful and quiet. It's beautifully landscaped and my family enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay. The proximity to the beach and location in Santa Cruz were great. It was ideal for walks to and on the beach. The Boardwalk was close by via car as were a good selection of restaurants and shopping downtown. The house was clean and thoughtfully outfitted. Thanks!!

Jenna and Gavin’s place is exactly as described. We appreciated the attention to detail, comfortable furnishings, thoughtful touches, artworks, books, and curated bar cart. Oh, and the bikes! This place is close to everything yet tranquil and quiet! We will be back!

Wonderful property with wonderful hosts. I thoroughly enjoyed my week-long stay. When my Airbnb app wasn’t working Hannah was available by phone which was reassuring. Location is great, just a short walk to El Camino Real which has everything.

We stayed here for a work conference for 2 nights with 8 women. It worked out great for all of us to have room for all our things. Bathrooms were quite nice. The kitchen and family room was very spacious for us to hang out and team build together as well. This would be an ideal location for any Levi Stadium events/concerts as it's right across the street. Our host, Dien, was great at communication before and during the stay. Thank you!

Rochelle's beach house was amazing! It was clean, comfortable and the views were outstanding. Waking up to the sound of the waves did not disappoint. We couldn't love it more. We'd love to visit again.

The stay with Thanh’s appartment was, as always, a very successful one. The apartment is very clean, bright and perfect for a longer stay. The check-in and communication is very easy and efficient. I can only recommend it.
