Nos alojamos en el departamento de Marco con mi pareja. La ubicación es muy buena recorrimos la ciudad caminando, en algún momento por el clima tomamos autobús, tiene buenas conexiones. El departamento es precioso, del tamaño de una casa cada ambiente, es muy amplio. Cada rincón está cuidado estéticamente, funcional y con mucho cariño. Es un hogar, dónde te sentirás cómo estar en tu casa. Marco es un excelente anfitrión, cuidadoso en cada detalle, siempre pendiente de hacerte sentir bien. Nos dió una cálida bienvenida, estuvo en todo lo que necesitamos. Es una persona atenta y generosa. El departamento de Marco será nuestro hogar cuando regresemos a Florencia.

Tack för en väldigt flexibel incheckning och utcheckning när vi kunde lämna våra väskor utöver de bestämda tiderna. Monica var väldigt hjälpsam och vänlig och kom med många bra tips på restauranger och sevärdheter. Lägenheten var extremt ren och läget kunde inte ha varit bättre!

Loved our stay in Florence! Matteo’s home was beautiful and exactly as described. In the perfect location, we were able to walk everywhere quickly and easily. Matteo was extremely kind and helpful. Matteo provided detailed instructions making the check in process easy and provided many great recommendations. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay again in the future!

Marco was super super helpful and proactive. He had a detailed list of helpline numbers, recommendations and waste disposal. The host was even kind enought to accomodate us given the fact that construction was going on outside. The property is beautiful and well maintained.

Me and my wife stayed there for 9 days. That was a great time and right decision not to stay in Florence. It is easy to get to the city but also you can sit and relax on a huge balcony enjoying the view of Florence. The apartment itself is huge and beautiful - living room, sun room and a balcony. Cannot thank Lapo enough for all the help he did for us. We had an issue with a local business (completely our fault) and he did everything and even more to solve the problem. We felt like his family members and it was our home during all our stay. Did not have any issues or noise or anything - cannot complain. Having a private parking is a big plus and convenience. We will definitely stay at the apartment again when we are in Florence.

I can't say enough good things about Elisabetta and her apartment. The location is perfect: a nice neighborhood right in the middle of things, walkable to key sights. The apartment is pristine, comfortable, exactly as portrayed on the website. Elisabetta is a model host -- incredibly responsive before and during our stay. She met us on arrival to show us around. She is a delightful person who takes great pride in her place and in helping people. Bravo!

Alessandro was the kindest host with wonderful communication before and during our stay. He made us feel so welcome and we slept like kings.

Nous avons passé 10 jours en juillet 2024 dans ce logement avec nos deux enfants de 4 et 6 ans. Nous partageons les avis des commentaires précedents. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison et surtout le grand et beau jardin sans vis-à-vis, entièrement pour nous. Elisabetta, en déplacements durant notre séjour, a été disponible pour répondre à nos questions et accueillante. Nous avons facilement visité tous les environs, tout en profitant en fin de journée de la piscine du camping voisin de l'autre coté de la route, facile d'accès et calme. Nous avons pu alterner visites touristiques et activités pour les enfants (accrobranche, piscine du camping, jeux dans le jardin, jeux du gîte...etc). Nous avons adoré utiliser la douche solaire dans le jardin au soleil couchant. Enfin, il est vrai que la circulation sur la route voisine perturbe, surtout le matin et le soir, le calme général, mais on s'y habitue finalement. Et, surtout, les excellentes prestations du logement compensent ce point !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paola Giovanna’s lovely home. Paola and her whole family were welcoming, warm and helpful. We really enjoyed an Italian cooking class with Paola’s grandson, Thomas! We also enjoyed wine tasting at Paola’s neighbour, Buondonno. This residence truly provided an exceptional Tuscan experience!!

Vi två nyblivna pensionärer hyrde huset en hel månad och trivdes väldigt bra. Eftersom vi hade egen bil och gärna åker runt och ser oss omkring var det inget problem att ta sig till olika intressanta och vackra omgivningar. Till fots är det ganska brant till byn och i omgivningarna, men det uppvägs av den fantastiska utsikten. Vi tyckte det var ett mycket funktionellt hus. Köket var underbart att jobba i, och när vi hade ett annat par på besök en vecka var det så bra med flera sovrum med eget badrum och på två våningar. Rymligt kring matplats och kök, fin terass och avskilt från grannen i samma hus, som vänligt tog emot och visade oss huset när vi kom.

Everything about this place is beautiful, exactly what you dream of when imagining a Tuscan getaway. The property is lovely and serene - an ideal place to watch the sun set. The amenities are lovely and top quality. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Wir haben in im Haus von Francesca sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist eine Oase im Grünen mit einer herrlichen Aussicht auf Weinreben und Olivenbäumen. Das Haus ist es geschmacklos eingerichtet, die Kunst komplettiert das Ensemble. Der Pool und die Terrasse sind wunderschön für entspannte Urlaubstage. Einen Hinweis erlauben wir uns, es wäre schön, wenn bei der Objektbeschreibung klar gewesen wäre, das Francesca gleich im Nebenhaus wohnt.

Maison Flora is not just beautiful, it is perfectly located. Being across the Arno was bliss - away from the madding crowds of the centre. (Beware - the Uffizi was manically crowded even in April). There is a bustling restaurant scene, which suited us, and we were able to mix with the locals rather than crowds of tourists. Another bonus was being on the road towards Siena, so we could just hop on a bus without having to trek to the bus station. And on another day, two easy bus rides took us to Fiesole, from where we walked back through hills and woods. Calm and countryside - all at our fingertips.

I stayed here with my two sisters during our trip to Florence, and we absolutely loved it! The location couldn't have been better. It is close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful. The views from the apartment were stunning, we spent every morning and evening just soaking it all in. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the hosts were responsive and kind. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. If you're looking for a place with charm, convenience, and unforgettable views, this is it. We'd love to stay here again!

Nuestra estancia en el departamento fue maravillosa. Desde un primer momento Patrizia fue muy amable, estuvo en cada detalle y nos hizo sentir como en casa. La ubicación es inmejorable; está a pocos metros de la estación de tren que te comunica en minutos con S.M Novella para explorar la hermosa ciudad de Florencia. Tienes un supermercado a pocas cuadras y una hermosa cafetería en frente para desayunar si no quieres usar el hermoso balcón del departamento. Definitivamente recomendamos este lugar a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de la ciudad con comodidad, hospitalidad y excelente atención. ¡Sin duda volveremos!

L'appartamento è molto spazioso e ben curato. La posizione è strategica, noi ci siamo sempre mossi a piedi, in pochi minuti si arriva in centro oppure si raggiunge piazzale Michelangelo. Paola ha risolto tempestivamente un piccolo problema al check in. Lo consiglio senza dubbi!

We had a wonderful stay at Thomas and Elora’s apartment in Firenze! The apartment was both beautiful and highly functional — every detail seemed so thoughtfully considered. The location is fantastic, close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. We especially appreciated the great roof window that let in so much natural light, and the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Having two separate bathrooms was a real luxury, and the full kitchen and laundry made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Thomas and Elora also provided excellent recommendations, which made exploring the city even more enjoyable. You can tell they really care about making their guests feel at home. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

Appartement très agréable,calme et situé en dehors de l’hyper- centre,bien desservi par les transports en commun,idéal pour visiter,la ville,et très attractif niveau tarif.Ingrid était très sympathique et réactif.

L'appartamento è confortevole, in posizione strategica per chi volesse visitare Firenze a piedi. In 15 minuti circa sei in centro. I mezzi pubblici ci sono ma noi non ne abbiamo usufruito.L' unica cosa non c'è molta scelta di gastronomia nelle vicinanze,ma abbiamo trovato un ottimo posto per fare colazione al mattino,con ottime brioche e squisiti tramezzini. In generale siamo stati bene e Adriana era sempre disponibile a rispondere alle domande. Grazie mille per questa bellissima vacanza.

We had a wonderful time at Anna’s villa. The place is beautifully located within an easy walk to the tram station. The villa is absolutely stunning and full of history which Anna was more than happy to talk about. Anna is a wonderful host, always ready to share tips and recommendations. She made us feel right at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back at any time! :)
