The apartment exceeded my expectations and I think it is very good value. I especially appreciated how charming, large and spacious the apartment feels. High ceilings make the apartment feel bright and spacious. The location of the apartment is superb, not only very close to the beach, but also close to a supermarket, cafes, a patisserie, and specialty fish shop. Agatha provides details about all of these local gems upon arrival. The apartment is in the seaside town of Letojanni, a very short distance from Taormina. By staying in Letojanni, I think I benefit from a more peaceful, relaxing stay, while still easily reaching Taormina for sightseeing. Agatha is a superb host in every way. Timely communication via the AirBnB app, a very kind in person greeting upon arrival and departure made me feel welcomed and at home. The local recommendations were perfect. Thank you Agatha for helping to make my visit to Letojanni so memorable!

We had a fantastic stay at Katerina and Andrea’s place in Naxos! The house was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located close to beautiful beaches and local restaurants. They were warm, welcoming hosts who made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here

I had an extended stay at Elvio’s apartment. The hosts are responsive and welcoming, with great instructions on how to find it. When an issue occurred it was resolved promptly. The apartment is homely, very clean and larger than I had expected. There is a modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower) and really lovely terrace area. the air con/fans were great in the warmer weather. Apartment is really well located in Recanati, 3 mins from bus terminal. Some lovely restaurants close by or a 10 mins walk into Giardini/Naxos. Was a lovely place to stay.

The most beautiful space in a lovely seaside town. We had a very good time exploring close by destinations and walking around Stazzo and Acireale. We got groceries and dined on the balcony to enjoy the view and went swimming everyday in our personal lagoon steps away from the patio. Exceptional host and fabulous accommodations. Hope to go again soon!

We had a fantastic stay at Concetta's place. The house is beautifully decorated and very welcoming and cosy, so adults and children alike felt right at home. It's not huge but the space is very well organised. Our kids even missed the place after we left. The location is unbeatable, right at the heart of the Giardini Naxos seafront. There is a parking lot nearby, and we visited in April so there was ample parking along the beach. The place is surrounded with restaurants and cafes, there is a small grocery store right next door and a larger one across the street. Concetta was very welcoming and responsive. Overall, this was a perfect place for us (family with 3 young kids) to explore the east side of Sicily, and we would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

Marco and his parent were the sweetest hosts. We where traveling with our two small children and they where so considerate, finding useful stuff, toys, beach towels, highchair etc. The apartment is even more beautiful in reality. Everyday we woke up to the sunrise. Unfortunately the gas went out, and the dishwasher broke while we were there. Things that sometimes happen. But the way the family helped us and responded so quickly to our needs was amazing. Useful things to know: the public transport with bus is very unpredictable. There is a noisy street right in front of the building, but the sound of the ocean is higher, so you won’t hear it that much. The apartment is located in the best part and more local restaurants are nearby. To walk to the train station from the apartment is very uncomfortable, without sidewalks on some of the road.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern (2x Doppelbett, 1x 2 Einzelbetten z.B. für Kinder) und Balkon mit Meerblick(!) in Giardini Garden, nahe Taormina. In Strandlage mit vielen Restaurants an der Uferstraße. Natürlich hört man auch mal die Autos und hupende Mopeds, aber insgesamt ist es relativ ruhig.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea's place. Magda greeted us upon arrival with open arms...Made us feel part of the family. The owners of the restaurants and businesses were very helpful if we had any questions about the local area. The grocery store located next door made it very easy if we needed anything and the pharmacy was located a few blocks away. The bus station attendant was extremely helpful in getting us to the apartment since T-mobile didn't load my data plan correctly (extremely important to remember for our next trip). She also set us up days later on a harbor tour and a bus (to and from) tour Taormina. The only drawback is the parking situation. Just be aware it is stressful to find a place to park and worry about it. The parking areas suggested by google were closed (maybe seasonal) We parked close to bus pick up point 4 blocks away or wake up at 2am and move close to the apartment. The view from the balcony over-rides any problems. FAVOLOSO

We had an amazing stay at Sergio’s place in Sicily. Honestly, the listing doesn’t even begin to capture how special and beautiful the house is. The location is unbeatable—just seconds from the marina—and you can see the sea from almost every corner of the home. There are multiple terraces and seating areas, and the house itself is incredibly spacious. One of our favorite things was the well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking a real pleasure. Sergio was also super responsive and communicative throughout our stay. He left a very detailed guide full of fantastic restaurant recommendations and local tips, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Perfect base from which to explore Etna, Taormina, Siracusa/Ortigia & Catania. Stunning vistas from the balcony. Friendly helpful locals, plentiful restaurants, many with original (from scratch) Italian home cooking on offer, at reasonable prices. Airbnb spotless, well equipped, generous coffee available & the hidden extras (such as condiments, cling film, laundry detergent) made all the difference. Host’s father, Mario, is an absolute gentleman; waited for us, even though we were running late, showed us around & how everything works & pointed us towards some great restaurants/ places of interest. My wife, 13 year old daughter and I stayed at this house for 10 days in April 2025. The house was very clean and it was appreciated that there are amenities such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, water, etc. in the house on our arrival. The beds are noted as two singles and two doubles but we felt that the bed sizes were larger. The third floor appears to have a king bed and the 2nd floor has a queen bed. Also, it is clear that the owner spent money on nice mattresses as the beds were very comfortable and hotel quality. We were very pleased with the hot water in the house. We never ran out of hot water in the shower and the water was very hot. Also, we used the washing machine and this worked well for us. The instructions and information provided by the owner were detailed and thorough. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations. We did not use the air conditioner or the heater but there are five in the house. The house was clean and we would stay here again. Thank you!

We had a great 4 days at Lorenzo’s place. The location was even better that we imagined with being right at the beach and less than a 5 minute walk to the cable cart which took you right into the town centre. We could no have asked for a better location. The apartment had everything we needed and there were no issues.

Obere Wohnung in wunderbarem 2-Whg.-Haus in ruhiger Lage, sehr schön und vorausschauend mit allem eingerichtet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit tollem Blick auf das nahe Meer, Schlafen mit sanftem Meeresrauschen, herrlich. Zugang zu Pools und Meer über einen kleinen, schönen Garten. Gastgeber Daniele hilfsbereit, zuverlässig, sehr freundlich, sein Deutsch ist perfekt, gute Tipps. Ort Giardini Naxos sehr lebhaft, Vor-oder Nachsaison empfehlenswert. Geführte Tour zum Ätna lohnt sich, unser Guide Denny (Sicily-Adventure) Extra-Klasse, weil er viel wusste und witzig war. Außerdem gut organisiert. Tipp: man kann alle Ziele gut mit dem Bus (Fahrer sind nervenstarke Künstler) erreichen!!! Castelmola ein Muss. Vom Flughafen Catania übrigens auch problemloser Bustransfer. Mietwagen kann man sich eigentlich sparen! Zu guter Letzt: Italiener/innen sehr freundliche Leute! Und Autofahren können sie sehr gut, auch wenn man es als Deutscher kaum glaubt…

Eine einfache aber wunderschöne Villa mit viel Platz, mehreren Terassen und einem wunderschönen und unverbautem Blick auf das Meer. Von dort kann man zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Auto die Gegend erkunden und man kann jeden Tag etwas neues entdecken. Sei es das Castello, den Capo Milazzo oder das alte und neue Zentrum der Stadt. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, aber auch das hat seinen Charme. Ja, es gibt keine richtigen Duschen oder eine Klimaanlage, aber das wurde durch die Aussicht, den großzügigen Garten und vieles mehr wieder wettgemacht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch Alessandra und ihre Familie. Superfreundlich, hilfsbereit und reagieren total nett und zeitnah auf Anfragen. Vielen Dank für 2 tolle Wochen auf Sizilien.

The apartment was a great option for us to stay long-term in Sicilia outside the bigger cities but still close. We enjoyed our stay so much as it is calm with a beautiful view from the balcony, a fireplace inside and so many cozy corners. The flat has everything you need, is well equipped (really enjoyed the beamer for movies and the sound system for music) and Angelo was always so helpful. Acireale has very nice cafés and restaurants and after some days you get familiar with the surroundings and staff starts greeting you as it becomes a regular place. The station is a bit far but nontheless we enjoyed the walk there and so many other cities and places (including Etna, Catania…) are reachable within minutes or hours from there.

In Antonios Wohnung hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Sie war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super zentral am Beginn der langen Strandpromenade mit Blick aufs Meer und Sizilien.👍Die Fußgängerzone und der Hafen sind auch nur wenige Meter entfernt. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist die sehr befahrene Straße vor dem Haus. Das ist besonders nachts etwas störend. Antonio war ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber. Unsere Fragen wurden prompt beantwortet, er gab nützliche Tipps und Vorschläge für Unternehmungen, Restaurants und Eisbars. Für die Rückfahrt zum Flughafen hat er uns sogar ein Taxi gebucht. Danke, Antonio, für den angenehmen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gern wieder.

Um zum Zentrum oder zum Strand zu gelangen oder am Abend zurück muss men viele Stufen gehen ( oder man nutzt den Bus). Aber genau das macht den Reiz aus. Die Wohnung liegt auch im Haus ganz oben und das ist schön.

A very kind host that gave us a lot of information and was always avaliable. The place was clean and had a lot of basic supplies to cook and water in the fridge when we arrived. The only downside was maybe the paperthin walls where we heard both constructions and the neighbors. The pool was also closed for the season which was a bit sad. On the plus side the ocean is beautiful and the village very sweet and close to a lot of nice things. All in all a lovely stay, we recommend it!

Our stay with Angelo was nothing short of amazing. The host was incredible and provided us with an amazing experience in Catania. We had a stressful situation occur (nothing involving the host or property) whilst staying and our host helped us to sort this out and provided us with a private driver to help us out. Our trip felt less stressful with the host at hand with recommendations, help, and anything we needed. They responded to our message almost instantly and were there if we needed anything! The apartment was incredible, exactly as pictured. The views were amazing and the beds were the comfiest I’ve ever slept on! We loved our stay and felt right at home - the BBQ grill, the board games, and the views were our favourite parts of the property :) We can’t thank Angelo and his family enough for the amazing stay and support we received during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay again if we found ourselves in Catania again!

Domenica und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir hatten einfach eine tolle Zeit. Die Riesengroße Terasse war ein super Plus, mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf das Meer und tollem Sonnenaufgang 🌞

Logement bien placé, à proximité de Catane, de l'Etna, et à 1h de Taormina. Quartier un peu excentré du centre touristique, mais plusieurs restaurants à proximité à Aci Trezza. Excellentes recommandations de visites et restaurants par nos hôtes. Très bon accueil par Julia, nombreuses recommandations et informations détaillées. Logement un peu exiguë si on imagine y rester à 4, mais idéal pour 2 personnes ! Équipement parfait, avec le nécessaire pour la plage, les parapluies si besoin, etc.

Notre séjour dans l'appartement de Lucia s'est très bien passé. l'appartement est très bien situé et il est très facile de se rendre dans le centre de Taormine à pied. l'appartement est spacieux, avec une grande terrasse. Un bel endroit qui offre tout pour passer de bonnes vacances en Sicile.
