Il Piccolo Casale è un baglio tipico siciliano del 500/600 costituito da un cortile centrale attorniato dal susseguirsi di stanze che in parte venivano usate come frantoio per la produzione dell’olio e magazzini ed in parte come casa patronale. La ristrutturazione avvenuta negli anni 90 ha lasciato intatta la struttura e l’architettura del Baglio creando al tempo stesso le comodità indispensabili per il soggiorno.

Between Fornazzo and Sant´Alfio, in the Etna park area, surrounded by vineyards and hazelnut groves, Casa Cavagrande was born. The Cavagrande loft is one of three lodgings within the recently renovated lava stone structure. The loft was created from an ancient millstone and has just been redesigned. The accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi, independent heating, a terrace with a view of Etna and is immersed in a vast land of 1.5 hectares. Free parking inside the property.

The apartment can host 4 persons. The kitchen is very comfortable and includes: microwave, oven, dishwasher and laundry washer. Car parking is inside and for free. There is also a barbecue area, a big garden and also a yard (with external table and chairs).
