Our carriage house has been completely restored from a post and beam barn to a beautiful and comfortable studio apartment. There are two beds-one comfortable queen and a cozy twin; hardwood floors throughout; the kitchen has granite counters, new appliances and a raised eating bar; separate dining table and work desk; bathroom is fully tiled with a glass enclosed shower. Central HVAC.Two off-street parking spaces are yours, along with a shared fenced yard and a separate coded entry for security.

Charming trackside carriage house Saratoga Springs

The carriage house is a completely stand alone building with our private home in the front of the property. The unit is on the 2nd floor and includes one parking spot in driveway . Driveway gate can be locked at night It borders Saratoga Racetrack, making it a few minutes walk to either entrance. Racing Museum, Fasig Tipton and downtown are all within 4 blocks. You can use our family (unheated) pool open mid June to September. Not suitable for pets or children. Special prices for long term.

Across from the historic Saratoga Race Course’s Franklin-Sullivan Place entrance, enjoy this little guest house with private off-street parking and amenities of a full house, just on a smaller scale! This stand alone cottage is a private retreat making for the perfect getaway, close to all horse racing action without the crowds.

Unique centrally located, peaceful country chalet between the Adirondack and Green Mountains on 60 acres. Starlink available if your phone doesn't work here. Near Lk George, Lk Champlain, & VT. Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.

Our independent Guesthouse can welcome 4 people and is located close to the main house on our peaceful 7 acres Park. It is the perfect place to relax after an active day. Located 3 min away from the Saratoga lake rowing, 10 min away from the track, downtown and casino, 7 min away from Saratoga Horse Shows and Saratoga Polo School, and 15 min from SPAC Concerts. It is also close to many restaurants (The closest one is 3 min away), gas stations and golf courses for your convenience.

Our Happy Place - Spectacular views and wildlife!

You'll love this property for all it has to offer! This is a beautiful and spacious loft with great views of the lake directly across the street. The guest residence is decorated in a rustic adirondack style, with spacious living room, kitchen and 2 decks overlooking the lake, and plenty of parking. Comfy queen sized beds in both bedrooms. Master bedroom has cooling mattress, so you'll sleep like a baby! The living room can accommodate a couple of additional people.

Little Falls Cottage

Escape and unwind at our peaceful, romantic 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage with private waterfall on a spring fed creek. Take a hike on our wooded 32 acres. Relax and barbecue on the deck or sit by the creek-side fire pit. Prepare a romantic dinner and spend a quiet evening in front of the fireplace or fall asleep to the sound of waterfalls. Enjoy year-round activities at nearby ski centers, lakes, and in the scenic mountains of New York and Vermont.

2-bedroom carriage house is doors down from the Hall of Fame and across the street from the Union Ave entrance to the track. Convenient access thru a quiet alley, its walkable to everything including downtown and horse sales! Sleeps 4 with King/Queen beds. Features a large porch and one covered parking spot. Central AC, Washer/Dryer, lockbox checkin, Wi-Fi and TV with Roku.
