We have a large, lower unit, private studio with a separate entrance, washer/dryer, and private outdoor space. It is quiet amongst the Redwoods, with ample on street parking and is very close to San Francisco, Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, downtown Mill Valley, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Sausalito, Tiburon, bike paths and mountain bike trails.

Nestled on the water of the Sausalito Richardson Bay, our houseboat offers an immersive experience of unrivaled beauty. The breathtaking, panoramic views unfold like a canvas right before you. Upper level of remodeled houseboat with rooftop deck, full kitchen and laundry where every detail is thoughtfully designed including local artists' work. Just minutes across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco, the floating guest cottage offers the very best of the Sausalito houseboat experience. The main front room can easily accommodate small gatherings. Cooking in the complete kitchen is a pleasure. With two bedrooms, this is ideal for a couple, two couples or families with middle-schoolers or teenagers. (For safety reasons, no children under 10 are allowed.) This is a truly special residence in an unforgettable natural setting.

Looking for a healthy dose of tranquility and adventure at your doorstep? Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.

You may catch the cherry blossoms in early spring and be visited by deer in the summer and fall. And in the winter, you’ll hear the meditative flow of the creek that runs along our property.

Mill Valley Stunning Studio

This private studio boasts amazing views of the golden gate national recreation area and easy access to hiking, Marin, and San Francisco. You’ll have a private entrance and the unit includes a queen bed, tv, kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, and a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower combo. We also recently upgraded the hvac system so you’ll have heat and air conditioning to make your stay more comfortable.
