Nous recommandons ce logement, tout était parfait, visite de petits oiseaux non farouches devant la baie vitrée. Très calme après une journée bien remplie.

Excellent séjour à deux de 3 nuits chez Clara et Xavier qui ont su nous accueillir avec beaucoup de gentillesse dans cette nouvelle location aménagée au rez de chaussée de leur habitation. A la fois réactifs et très respectueux de notre intimité, ils nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. La location est un logement récemment rénové qui offre déjà beaucoup de confort, le salon de jardin donne l'occasion de prendre du bon temps devant un joli paysage de montagne, souvent en compagnie de leur chienne Luna, très affectueuse.

A beautiful two bedroom apartment in a historical Villa surrounded by a French style garden which we absolutely loved! We were welcomed by Damien and felt right at home in the flat. We loved big windows, lots of light, and attention to detail that Damien demonstrated by decorating a Christmas tree for us and preparing a welcome gift - some candies. The bathroom in the main bedroom is spacious and beautifully designed. We especially loved the combination of traditional elements and modernity, such as electric stove that looked like a traditional 19th century one. A fireplace is another great feature. It makes you feel like being in a French chateau. All in all, a great stay in a great place with kind and welcoming host. We can highly recommend the flat and Damien!

On a été très content!!! L’appartement correspond à toutes les photos. On a passé une semaine agréable!!!!! La cuisine est bien équipée. Le propriétaire est très attentif et toujours à l’écoute.

Je suis très satisfaite, j'ai passé un bon séjour dans le logement d'Elora. Quelques bruits la nuit, on entend les gens qui passent dans la rue. Mais largement supportable pour un court séjour. Très propre et moderne. Merci pour l'accueil !

Très bon séjour dans un bel appartement refait à neuf et très clair. Le centre d’Annecy se fait par une promenade dans la verdure très sympathique. Un micro-ondes aurait été un plus.

Words can’t even begin to describe how pleased my group and I were with this place. The chalet was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than we imagined. With a group of 8, it was the perfect fit for our trip to Chamonix Mont Blanc. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views were breathtaking. Norbert was an outstanding host—super responsive, accommodating, and made our stay seamless from start to finish. He even went above and beyond to accommodate our private chef, who arrived early on the first day to prepare a welcome dinner before we got there. That level of service truly set the tone for an incredible stay. Also, just a heads up: the pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to the area. We’re already talking about coming back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement paisible et agréable. La vue sur la montagne permet un véritable dépaysement tout en apportant un accès proche de la ville. Lianne a été très accueillante et super pour notre séjour, mille mercis !!

Notre séjour à été bref mais nous avons pu apprécier l'accuei chaleureux de Liloo ainsi que ses attentions portées à notre arrivée. Hôte attentive à nos souhaits. Le logement est agréable et à été idéalement situé pour ce que nous avions à faire. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille chez Cristina et Alain, le gîte est très confortable et très propre. La vue est belle et nous avons apprécié pouvoir manger dehors quand le temps le permettait. La communication avec Cristina est très agréable, elle est très réactive et nous avons apprécié les petites attentions à notre arrivée!

Excellente expérience. Jean-Pierre est un hôte très accueillant, le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos. Il est très bien équipé, propre, et la partie jacuzzi / hammam est magnifique. Le cadre est magnifique également. Je recommande chaudement

Dépaysement total environnement bucolique, maison totalement dans son jus année 60 hormis la cuisine moderne et très bien équipée le gros plus est la terrasse immense, le jacuzzi avec une vue magnifique, le grand hamac. Commerce à proximité a pied, point de départ de balade entre autre les sources du groin. Maison très familiale literie confortable, salle de bain dans leur jus aussi mais il y en deux. Maison qui nous a bien convenu pour nous et nos deux grands enfants de 32 et 26 ans

Great place to stay for Ski and Mountain lovers. The apartment is very functional and with games and toys for kids. Our family loved to stay there and we will come back for sure!

We had a lovely stay at Rachel's place at the end of Feb. The views from the balcony were stunning. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious with a brand new bathroom. We felt right at home. It was very easy to walk into the center of St Gervais. Access to the gondola was very close. If you're skiing leaving your gear at le Bettex in a locker is ideal that way you can take the gondola and go straight into town for après and ski! / Dinner! Rachel was a great host she will respond immediately if you have any questions. St Gervais is a beautiful town full of authenticiy and the local people are very friendly. We would recommend La Galetta, (creperie .........) and the 2 bars (la Montagne and le nordique) We will definitely be back. Thankyou Rachel

merci pour ce merveilleux séjour dans ce si bel endroit :) le logement est parfait.. super bien équipé.. joliment décoré.. très agréable avec ses deux terrasses et le parking juste en face.. au calme face a la montagne.. tout en étant a 2 minutes a pied d un supermarche.. merci pour ta flexibilité et ta disponibilité.. on a adoré!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Fabienne. Tout est conforme à la description. L'appartement est très bien aménagé et fonctionnel. La localisation est parfaite pour les skieurs (ski aux pieds) et le village (Belle Plagne) est très agréable. La station est vraiment grande et de nombreuses activités sont disponibles. Le petit + de cette location est la partie spa, piscine. Idéale pour se détendre après une journée sportive ou pas 😉. Fabienne est aussi réactive et agréable au niveau de la communication. Bref de bonnes vacances.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, on se sent extrêmement bien dans cette maison où il ne manque rien, la propreté est parfaite, les équipements qualitatifs rien est à redire et l emplacement est incroyable. Logement calme, très très bien aménagé avec 2 magnifiques salles de bain, se trouve à quelques mètres de l'arrêt bus, 10 mn à pied pour le centre ville. Kirsteen est très disponible et réactive à nos questions Merci Kirsteen, nous avons passé une très agréable semaine

The apartment is spacious and of high standard build with quality materials. The layout is functional with the large living room with both dining and lounge area. The kitchen was well-appointed, and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable and there was sufficient space for luggage and clothes in all bedrooms. We were a group of six, and enjoyed our stay very much. We especially appreciated that the apartment was quiet at night-time even though it is right in the center of Chamonix. The location is fantastic with everything just outside the door, and very short walking distance to the ski bus. Erik was friendly and responsive in connection with booking the apartment, and property manager Tim was great by always responding quickly to our questions and requests. We strongly recommend the apartment as a real gem for a luxury stay in Chamonix.
