Vi havde et rigtigt godt ophold i Monica’s hus. Huset havde hvad vi havde brug for. Monica svarede hurtigt på vores henvendelser. Huset er godt placeret med kort afstand til byens plads med et godt udbud af mad,drikke og hygge. Det er godt med “gode ben”, både i Monica’s hus og i Cetona. Vores varmeste anbefaling.

Die Wohnung war einfach fantastisch! Die riesige Dachterrasse mit dem atemberaubenden Blick über das Wasser und Monte Argentario war unser absoluter Lieblingsplatz. Besonders die Outdoor-Küche, in der wir gerne gekocht haben – super ausgestattet und perfekt, um den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Antonio war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen hatten, sehr nette Unterhaltungen. Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit und kommen definitiv wieder. Zuletzt: Auto konnte man super unterstellen (kleine Garage in der Nähe der Wohnung). Absolutes must-have für Monte Argentario, Parkplatzsuche gestaltet sich hier sonst schwierig.

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Trotz sehr schlechtem Wetter, konnten wir die Zeit im Haus und in der Umgebung gut nutzen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es konnte jeden Tag gut gekocht werden. Da unser Aufenthalt in der Vorsaison war, waren regional keine Restaurants geöffnet, was aber nicht schlimm war.

Had an absolutely amazing stay in this AirBnB. Incredible location with a lot of activities around and a beautiful view. The host was super nice and attentive. The house was clean and as described. All and all I would consider myself lucky if I were to stay here again. Would definitely recommend. 6/5.

This house is perfect for a family vacation with so many different amenities. We got the most out of the jacuzzi, pool table, living room campfire and beautiful views down to Roccatederighi along with the mountains and sea in the far distance. The host, Riccardo is so sweet, welcoming and very helpful and responsive to questions I had asked. Experiencing this place is even better in person and all we wanted in a relaxing vacation.

Siamo stati 5 notti nell’appartamento “Il Girasole”. Ci ha subito colpito l’accurata pulizia e l’ordine. La casa è graziosa e molto funzionale, c’era tutto il necessario e anche di più! Lo spazio esterno, condiviso con gli altri ospiti è molto piacevole, c’è il barbecue ed ogni appartamento ha il suo tavolo con le sedie e le sdraio per potersi godere un po’ di relax all’aperto. La chicca è la piscina, anche lì ci sono tavoli e sdraio riservati per ogni appartamento, ed è molto pulita ed ordinata. Beatrice è un Host superdisponibile, ci ha fornito delle indicazioni utili ed è stata sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità! Che dire, ritorneremo sicuramente in questa oasi di Relax! ☺️

Wir waren 14 Tage in dem Haus. Aufgrund massiven Verkehrs kamen wir erst am Abend an. Dies war kein Problem, Leonardo versteckte den Schlüssel und nannte uns den Ort. Das Haus selbst liegt gute 50-75 Meter entfernt von der öffentlichen Straße und ist nur über eine diagonal verlaufende Zufahrtsstraße erreichbar. Diese war zuerst schwierig zu finden, Schilder fehlen. Jedoch ein Blick auf die Satelliten-Karte auf dem Smartphone hat die erwünschte Abhilfe geschafft. Das Haus ist ein toskanisches Landhaus und dementsprechend eingerichtet - rustikal aber funktional. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Der Pool ist ein Salzwasser-Pool, bis zur Mitte etwa 1,40m tief und dann fließend tiefer werdend. Das Gelände ist komplett eingezäunt, somit für Gäste mit Hund bestens geeignet. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen :)
