Great location close but not too close to stores and dining. The lighting and heating is a little confusing and mostly worked but was overall a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

I didn’t want to leave … I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals in the mountains and this was my absolute favorite! The house was just as pictured and the view is breathtaking. We were in SLC for an event and wanted to escape the city so we found this place to stay for a couple days before our return trip just to get out in nature. It was clean, comfortable, and had so much more to offer than I expected. I immediately relaxed and felt completely at peace. We really enjoyed the hot tub and movie room + DVD selection. My only regret is not having my two younger kids with me to enjoy the play area and bunk room downstairs. If we are ever out this way again I’m bringing the entire family!

This place is amazing and beautiful. The space is remarkable, and the location can't be beat. I will say, however, that it takes a long time to warm-up. We only rented the place for two days and it took a full 18 hours for the temperature to go from 50 to 70 degrees - so we were essentially really cold for the first day. Maybe this is OK if we were renting for a week, but as we only had two days, it made it a little rough. I think in the winter-time the owner should turn the heat on the day before guests arrive to avoid that problem. I made that suggestion, but received no response on that particular suggestion. Otherwise, this place is awesome.

Perfect getaway! Looking forward to going back for different seasons to enjoy more of this beautiful location. Brian was a great host and everything from booking to checkout was super easy and stress free.

Such a beautiful place for our wedding and family gathering! The grounds are immaculate and the pine trees smelled lovely. The back porch was a favorite hang-out throughout the day. The furnishings and decor was so charming!! The large, well-equipped kitchen - with large frig and freezer - was great! We cooked/grilled all meals there and didn't need (or want) to go out. There was so much for the kids (and grownups) to stay entertained inside and outside! We are from Florida and reserved ARL site-unseen. We were so happy with our choice - we wished we could have stayed longer! We went to many cool places within a 2 hour drive which is also why the location of ARL worked very well. Thank you Merilee and Marty for an unforgettable vacation!! (My daughter said she wants to get married at ARL too one day lol)

This property felt to us like a Swiss chalet. It was like a European vacation for us to stay there. It was exceptionally charming and lovely. It had very modern amenities and a very clean and beautiful look inside, and the hot tub outside and the view was such a spectacular experience all combined. We had an adventure staying at this property and we would highly recommend it. We really felt like we got to get away in a very rare setting unlike anything we’ve had the pleasure of experiencing before. What’s more, Cameron, who coordinated with us about our stay, was just a dream. We could be more grateful and happy with the stay!

A great house to state in, especially if you need several bedrooms plus good common space. An incredible view and perfect windows to watch it through.

Every year we rent a cabin up at Sundance for a family ski trip. We absolutely loved this beautiful home, and it quickly became one of our very favorite places. The cabin was clean and had plenty of amenities. We received a large amount of snowfall and stayed nice and warm. It was the perfect place to come back to and relax in after a long day of skiing.

Such a lovely cabin in the woods. Magical! Check in & out was seemless. The place was clean. It is nestled in a beautiful spot by the creek. The hot tub was peaceful and relaxing. I liked that they provided the wood for the fireplace. I didn’t want to leave this enchanting gem.

This is a beautiful and cozy cabin in Sundance. It is private and quiet and a great place for a relaxing stay. The cabin was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. I highly recommend booking with Stewart Mountain Lodging!

It’s a beatiful cabin. From the kitchen to the restrooms to the laundry room, the whole house was very well stocked. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. The cabin was really easy to find. There’s a house right next door but we didn’t even feel like we had a neighbor. It snowed prior to our arrival so it gave us more of the winter vibe we were hoping for our annual winter trip. The hosts were excellent in communicating. Prior to booking, we had asked for additional pictures to help us decide who’s getting which room and they went out of their way to provide them. They provided directions and guides before and on the day of our arrival. One of the rooms is literally outside the house, it’s above the detached garage (like not even a minute walk from the front door). We thought it was goina be an issue, but it really wasn’t. It’s a really nice room except for the tiny room/closet with a tiny bed (we just blocked it with a chair just cause we’re paranoid). We loved this cabin 😊

The place was beautiful! We came in on a snowy night but location was easy to find. Everything was perfect, cabin feel but home amenities. Jacuzzi was relaxing and views beautiful! Not much to do in Fairfield but this was perfect for a night in. Local diner was also so good for breakfast and 3 minutes away which was very convenient. Dionisis was a fantastic host and very understanding when we had to leave due to an emergency. Highly recommend!

I spent one night at Mark's place while on a maple canyon climbing trip. While I never got the chance to meet Mark in person, the instructions he left for checking in/out were very clear and his place was very easy to find. While the cabin was definitely old, it was extremely well maintained. The kitchen was in great condition and the window AC in the unit had no problem cooling the cabin down at night. Overall I really enjoyed the night I spent at Mark's place and would recommend it to anyone that needs a place to stay for a few nights in Ephraim.

Kenice's cabin is in a beautiful location in Mt. Pleasant! Good instructions made it easy to find. Kenice was great to work with; very responsive to any message we sent her. The cabin has a lot of places for people to sleep. Lots of good features - darling playhouse and swing set for the kids, multiple decks with furniture to enjoy, privacy, gas grill, gas fire pit, excellent WiFi, movie library, washer/dryer, ice maker, heating and cooling, ceiling fans, bidet.

We booked last minute for a spontaneous, post Thanksgiving getaway. Jamie responded immediately! The cabin exceeded our expectations and was perfect for the relaxing, cozy retreat we were looking for!

The experience was fantastic, and everything exceeded my expectations. Mark was an excellent host, and the accommodations were top-notch. Highly recommended!

This cabin was great for getting our 10 person extended family together for a few days. The cabin exudes authentic 1970’s charm and was well equipped for everyone from the three-month-old baby up through us late-middle-aged people. We loved the stream, the close hiking trails, and the dining table that was more than big enough for all of us both for meals and for playing dungeons and dragons. I would stay here again. PS- the kitchen is very well equipped. Everything is a few decades old, but works beautifully.

This property was more than we expected. The lay out was bigger than we thought from reading the description- you have 3 separate living spaces with 2 FULL kitchens and a kitchenette in the smaller separate full suite. We had 2 families staying after Christmas into the New Year and we all had enough space with all of our snow/ski gear. It was nice that we had full access to the garage to keep cars out of the snow. The kitchen was nice with all the necessities you need including spices, foil and plastic wrap and baggies. We throughly enjoyed our stay and Stewart Mountain Lodging was very attentive and easy to communicate with. They sent a texting letting us know why the mountain lost power and how long to expect it to be out. I would defiantly stay with them again at Sundance.

Everything was perfect! Our grandchildren loved the toys and Wii! The darling little table set was a huge hit. The beds were comfortable and warm. The wild turkeys were a big highlight.

Did a weekend getaway here and it was an amazing stay! The host communicated so well and the location couldn't have been better!

Great place to stay if you are looking to ski at Sundance. Walkable to the resort for skiing and restaurants. Hot tub and location is beautiful! Can be difficult driving in the winter due to road conditions - we had large trucks with 4 wheel drive and still had challenges getting in and out due to icy conditions, so just be mindful of this! Otherwise great stay and perfect ski resort lodging!

A frame of mind is the perfect getaway, tucked in the trees, you feel like you’re alone in the mountains. We loved the outdoor fire pit. Easy walk to the resort. And close to the river for cold plunges. We will be back!
