What a great way to spend a quiet weekend! The house was immaculately decorated, with all the amenities and kitchen essential. Would love to come back in the summer as it’s just steps away from the river.

Enjoyed a relaxing weekend in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The private yard with flowers and flowering bushes was especially delightful. We arrived to find a bottle of wine waiting for us which set the tone for our weekend of wine tasting.

A wonderful, well appointed home in close proximity to Healdsburg Plaza. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, fully stocked gourmet kitchen and felt very comfortable and right at home. Highly recommend.

Perfect place for a small getaway. Not only was it a quiet neighborhood but the house had everything we could think of or need. The place felt like home and felt very cozy. We had a great time at Lynn's place! It was perfectly cozy for the two of us, and the views and the grounds are beautiful. The apartment was a good base for us as we were visiting wineries in Sonoma and Napa. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our several days in Sonoma at this property. The rental was less than a block away from shopping and restaurants, and the town center. It was very well furnished, clean and comfy. The two bedrooms and two baths were both very spacious, perfect for two couples. The living area and kitchen were great, and we appreciated the coffee pods and Keurig. We were in the upstairs unit. Parking was simple in the back, right by the stairs. Of course, we were very close to the Sonoma wineries and Napa was a short and easy drive away. In summary, this rental was excellent and I would recommend it without reservation.

We had a fantastic stay in Petaluma thanks to our amazing hosts, Monica and John! They were incredibly accommodating and thoughtful—going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, including providing a portable crib which was such a huge help for our family. The Airbnb was even bigger than we expected, spotlessly clean, and in the perfect location—close to everything yet peaceful and private. We felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. Without a doubt, we’ll be staying here every time we visit Petaluma. Highly recommend Monica and John’s place!

Debra’s house is so beautiful with great furnishings and attention to detail. The location is so close to downtown and yet very peaceful. After a busy day, you feel like you are home. I really appreciated all the thoughtful details -from high quality beddings to plentiful fresh towels to beautiful orchids. This is a great location in Santa Rosa for visiting all the surrounding wineries. It’s near plenty of great spots on the Sonoma Hwy, but it’s also an easy commute to Sebastopol and surrounding attractions. The hosts were very accommodating for all of our needs, and the Airbnb itself was cozy and perfect for our stay. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway in wine country, this is it.

This location is as described, perfect for two. Beautiful space in a quiet neighborhood within walkable distance of the downtown Napa area where you can explore restaurants, wine, and a local farmers market before you spend your time in the valley exploring the vineyards and wineries there. Quite an excellent location.

Comfortable, well-laid out wine country flat with well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, and lovely outdoor lanai. Internet worked well. The size and layout were very generous for two adult couples, with a huge dining room table to spread out meals or laptops. There is just the one bathroom. Perfect location for discovering walkable new spots or visiting faves like St Helena Olive Oil Co, Charlie's, Goose & Gander, Sunshine Market, Safeway (handy for last-minute items and amazing fried chicken) and Model Bakery. (Imagine starting each day with a stroll to Model for their world-famous, fried-in-butter English muffins and coffee). Short drive to CIA Greystome, Tra Vigne Pizza, Clif Family Winery and Bruschetta Truck, and Gott's Roadside. There are a couple flat trails through vineyard nearby, as well as some quiet parks for kids. Nicole was a perfect host - proactive ahead for easy orientation and close by if needed.

This stay was FANTASTIC! A perfect condo for a girls trip. Location was PERFECT for anyone going down 28 for wine tastings - easy to get in and out and there’s a gas station close by. Never heard neighbors. I would absolutely stay here again. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were very large. If I had to say anything at all, there are blinds on all windows but no curtains/blackout curtains. Because the front yard area is lit well, the room was not as dark as we would’ve liked.

I can’t say enough about Kim as a host and the property. Everything exceeded our expectations. Upon our arrival Kim had two welcome bags sent to our room personalized for our experience. No detail was left out! Sun screen and water bottles for our event, flip flops to wear by the pool. She thought of everything. The resort amenities were great and the staff was on top of their game in every way. Kim will defiantly be our first call for our next trip! Thank you Kim for making our stay amazing.

Kristen’s rental was a perfect home away from home for our trip to Napa. It is tastefully decorated, furnished with comfort in mind, and very clean. The neighborhood felt safe and parking was easy. The Napa attractions are just a short drive from the unit.
