The house and host were absolutely incredible. Heather was responsive, helpful and extremely accommodating. The house was comfortable, had lots of activities and the location was unbeatable. Thank you Heather for hosting us!

The place looked just like the pictures and was great! The bed was so comfortable! The coach was great to lay or sit on. We were only there for a couple days. It was great to be so close to the shore and boardwalk.

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Ami’s! You couldn’t ask for a better location if you want to be close to the beach. The home was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed the large front porch for our early morning coffee and late night conversations. If we return to Seaside, we would book this home again! Thank you!

This place was so cozy! I loved I could hear the beach from the space. Extremely peaceful, clean and lacking for nothing. Very well stocked all the way around. Stacy was so very attentive and I can tell she pays close attention to every detail. I would recommend!✨

A well-appointed home in a beautiful location! We were seeking a relaxing weekend getaway with our pup and this fit the bill. Eloy and Juliana were such considerate hosts with thoughtful and welcoming touches throughout. The house is right on the sand with access to the boardwalk path for walk or run.

My family had a wonderful stay at this cute little beach cottage. The hosts were thoughtful and attentive, and the house itself was clean, cozy, and welcoming. The furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked for home cooked meals. The light in the house is bright and summery, even in the winter months. We definitely recommend you check out this lovely little gem by the beach!

Summer came and went without my family and I spending as much time as we wanted at the beach. So to make sure we got our fill of sun, sand and water, we rented Brian's house right on the beach and we couldn't be happier. The location was peaceful enough but active enough to keep you entertained while relaxing. In walkable distance to everything you need on a jersey shore vacation. Loved seeing the kids run on the boardwalk, laughing and acting like kids on a shore weekend. Great views from the second floor balcony and enjoyed saying hello and talking to people ealki g by from the 1st floor front porch. We had 4 adults and 2 kids in the house and never at any point felt like we didn't have enough room. Great house and location. Brian is easy to get along with and is an involved host. We are definitely coming back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Having the pool was fantastic and the house was bigger than I anticipated when I booked. What a little oasis. Appreciated the parking at the house and the side street parking. Loved the quick access to other shore towns. A great find overall.

We had 4 couples along with a single guest in this beautiful house and had more than enough space. The pools were clean and big enough to cool us down. The shared courtyard had several clean gas grills, tons of seating and fun outdoor games. Clean bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms along with 2 spacious decks made Bahama Breeze a house we all hope to visit every year! It is an easy walk to the beach & boardwalk with a lot of places nearby to grab a meal and/or drinks. Having an Acme within a 5 minute drive, cooking at the house was also a great option.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. We - nine of us - very much enjoyed our stay at this house for a Thanksgiving getaway. The five bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our needs - and the living room was very comfortable and the kitchen well outfitted. As it was late fall, we didn't use the pool (closed for season) and didn't get to the hot tub (available, but we didn't find the time). Parking was easy and the garage had more gym equipment (weights, treadmill, rower, etc.) than a few hotel gyms that I've come across. Patricia was very communicative, and the house is a short drive to more than one beach, very close to Asbury Park, and near a number of decent restaurants. Together, it made for a very nice stay!

Stayed here with a few friends for a couple days. Great host, great place. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was perfect for us and our 4 children with lots to do. Many attractions within 15-20 minutes and the kids enjoyed walking to the pier to fish. Can't wait to come back.

Jayne was wonderful. She made us feel right at home and was always available. Beautiful home in great location on the water. The pool was amazing and always warm. I would definitely stay here again next summer.

Tiffany has a wonderful home with a beautiful pool. The fenced in backyard is perfect for pets. The house is in an excellent location as you can walk to many stores and restaurants. We were extremely happy and had a great time staying for a few days.

We had an amazing time at Katherine’s place. It was nice and cozy and the perfect fit for me and my four friends. She is also very responsive and super kind. Would stay there again!

The place was as described and perfect for our needs. Brought my 94 year old MIL home to the Jersey shore for a birthday celebration with family in the area. Elevator addressed our access needs. Close to beach, easy to get in and out of the area and just plain charming. Made for a great trip and if she chooses to return, I know where we will be staying.

Our weekend at this lovely family vacation home was comfortable and peaceful. The view is gorgeous and the area was peaceful. The kitchen has every utensil, pan, or appliance you would need. The couch was comfy and there were plenty of extra blankets as needed. The hosts were so generous and responsive. This was the perfect spot for some quiet time to recharge.

What a great house! You can feel the breezy beach vibes of this house as soon as you walk in. The energy is friendly and cheerful as the place invites you to join in the joy of everyone who's stayed there before. The whole house wants you to relax and have a laugh and a cool drink with friends and family.

The house was in a great location. It’s within walking distance of many fine eateries and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

We are so thankful to have stayed at this beautiful waterfront house. The host thought of anything and everything that would be needed for our stay and went above and beyond to take excellent care of us. I would highly recommend staying at this location, or any of our hosts other locations. We can’t wait to come back and are looking forward to our next vacation at the Mermaid House.
