¡Bienvenidos a nuestro encantador apartamento vacacional en Selb! El apartamento del ático ofrece dos acogedoras habitaciones y una amplia zona de comedor y sala de estar con encanto rústico. Disfruta de las vistas sobre la ciudad de Selb desde nuestro balcón. La ubicación céntrica proporciona un acceso conveniente a las tiendas locales. Puedes llegar al carril bici más cercano en Goldberg en tan solo 5 minutos, y el supermercado más cercano está a un corto paseo.

Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft idyllisch gelegen, in einem geschlossenen, grünen Dreiseithof am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes in der Nähe von Selb Die Wohnung ist geräumig, erstreckt sich voll möbliert über drei Stockwerke und bietet bequem Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die unmittelbare Nähe zum Grand Casino Asch, welches zu Fuß in etwa zehn Minuten zu erreichen ist.

The apartment "Olga" is located 5 minutes walk from the city center in a quiet street. The apartment (56 m² in total) is located in a newly built, modern apartment building (12 parties) and consists of two separate rooms, the living room (studio) and the bedroom. Apartmá Olga has a balcony overlooking the Elstergebirge Mountains. The apartment is located on the third floor, the house has (as the only private house in Franzensbad) a lift.

Die hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung bietet auf 50 qm ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,80 x 2,00), eine großzügige offene Küchenzeile mit Vollausstattung, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche.

Wohnung in liebevoll renoviertem Stadthaus

Unsere moderne 95 m² große Ferienwohnung wurde erst im Frühjahr 2019 fertiggestellt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie verfügt über einen separaten Eingang im Erdgeschoss und ist barrierefrei. Hinterm Haus befindet sich ein großer Garten mit Sitz- u. Grillgelegenheit. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz am Haus ist vorhanden.
