Great location that’s outside the hustle of downtown Reykjavik. Sweet neighborhood and extremely well-kept home with beautiful backyard. Highly recommend.

Great communication, beautiful home. We had everything we needed. Views were amazing. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. Klara was a gracious host, very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We plan to come back in the summer next year and will stay here again. Thank you for everything!

The Converted Water Tower was beautiful and extremely fun. We had a great time seeing the northern lights and unique landscape and it was a convenient for all of our activities in the Reykjanes Peninsula and Reykjavik. The hosts were super responsive when we had a question a few weeks before our trip and again when they provided helpful check-in instructions.

We really enjoyed Asa's place. It was very clean and had everything you would need: dishes, utensils, a book with detailed instructions on every major appliance in the house. Asa responded quickly to our queries and was very nice over messages, we did not see each other face to face. We would love to be back some day 🙂

Lovely house in a great location. Parking space available right in front of the house and getting in and out was very easy. Great communication from the owner. The house is well stocked, especially the kitchen so you have everything you need to stay as a big family. Fantastic views of Reykjavik while sitting in the Hot Pot... We were extremely comfortable and had a wonderful stay.

This place was perfect! 4 adult and 4 kids. It was absolutely beautiful home and the owners were so responsive and helpful. The house is walking distance to food markets and some restaurants and only 20 min drive from downtown Reykjavik. Walking trails all along the area. We could not have picked a better place to stay for our visit to Iceland, highly recommend this place!

Nice house in in good area, a lot of space and light. Many games and toys for kids! 10 min by walk to the bus terminal.

Great place for a family with small kids. Spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. Kids enjoyed the trampoline and other toys. Host was flexible with check in and efficient/accommodating even though previous guests checked out a bit late.

Great location outside of the city where you’re not too far of a drive from the center. Lots around thats walkable and it was nice to be a bit out of the crowds. Very clean place, easy to find and park, hassle free check in and out!

Jette’s house is ideally located to get into Reykjavík and to get out into the absolutely stunning countryside. Located just of the motorway But well soundproofed and superbly insulated you certainly won’t get cold. Jette stayed in contact just enough but felt approachable at the same time. Plenty of grocery shops around so you can cook in the well equipped kitchen. By car it takes about 5-10 mins to get into the old town. Have fun.

Nice, spacious house matching perfectly matching the description and photos. Worked perfectly for four adults and four kids. Football pitch and playground by the school just a few metres from the house. And a trampoline in the garden. Easy and quick communication with David. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a lovely stay. Harpa’s home is beautiful and it comfortably accommodated the five of us. They were very responsive and were available to give us the run down in person. Along with a grill they also have a pizza oven that we used to make a delicious dinner one night :)

A beautiful home near Reykjavik (10 min drive) & conveniently located near highways for easy travel. Extremely clean and comfortable, amenities as described, amazing back porch and hot tub — felt right at home! Guðjón and his family were incredible hosts and made our first trip to Iceland a VERY special one! Shout out to Tommy & Tia, the house cats — we fell in love! Thank you again for everything; we cannot wait to return!

Katla's house is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. It is very close to the city center (10 minutes by car), which is very convenient for shopping and eating. There is a gray cat in the house, which is very cute. After 9 days of getting along, we have become good friends and are super happy! I recommend this house!

We loved our stay! The house is just as pictured and perfectly located. Silla was lovely and quick to respond to any question we had. The home was equipped with anything you could possibly need, wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We planned a special family vacation adventure to Iceland. Emilia was so helpful and informative. She gave us great recommendations and ideas of things to do in the area. She answered all my questions quickly as well. The house was perfect for the 6 of us and just a short drive from Reykjavík. Also just a short drive away from grocery stores, restaurants, and stores. I would absolutely stay here again!

This Airbnb was absolutely magical! Truly a home away from home, it exceeded all expectations. From the incredible amenities like the hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, and game room to the thoughtful touches that made it truly unique, this place had everything we could have asked for—and more. There was so much space for all of our guests to feel comfortable and at ease. The aesthetic was stunning, with every detail thoughtfully curated to create a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. One of our favorite features was the gold monkey statue we named George, which became a delightful mascot for our stay. The iPad-controlled lights added a fun and modern touch, allowing us to customize the ambiance perfectly for any moment. The hosts clearly put a lot of care into making this property a true haven for travelers. We loved every second of our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.
