The Bookseller's House was built in 1912 and has two floors and a basement – with a brand new private geothermal hot tub in the back yard. The house is conveniently located in the heart of town, close to restaurants, shops, cafés, museums and swimming pool. Lítið fallegt og fullbúið hús með öllum þægindum. Okkar auka heimili á besta stað á Siglufirði. Vel uppgert og nostrað við hvern hlut. Húsið er á þrem hæðum, tvö herbergi í risi, á miðhæð er stofa, eldhús og wc með sturtu, í kjallara eru tvö svefnherbergi, wc með sturtu, þvottahús og skíða/útifata geymsla. Húsið hefur viðurnefnið Skógarahúsið. Húsið hentar vel 6-8 manns ef tveir sofa saman í tvíbreiðu rúmunum

Nice apartment with a view over the fjord and the village. Two bedrooms (one kingsize bed + baby cot and one single bed) and a comfy sofa bed in the livingroom. Veranda with coal bbq. Please do the washing up in the kitchen and throw out the trash. Other cleaning services, bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
