The home has a wide open floor plan that makes being with friends and family fun and enjoyable. The home provides games, corn hole, beach toys and beach towels for recreation. There is a gas grill on the back patio that is hooked up to natural gas so you never have to worry about changing a tank. You are going to love sliding in the lifestyle here at the beach. Our home sits on 1408 Ocean Drive,Oxnard right across the street from quiet Silverstrand Beach and right next to Channel Islands Harbor. With multi-level decks for entertaining or lounging, our house is ideal for a relaxing vacation with family. Sleeps max 9 people per strict city ordinance . Please respect neighbors . No raucous behaviors on deck , quiet time 10pm-7am for their consideration and to avoid steep city disturbance fines.
