Located on a 4000m2 plot, you enter into a private driveway to the property. The villa is surrounded with patio and terrace areas and at the back of the property is a 40m2 private pool area for sole use by occupants. We have a portable BBQ that will be available and set up on the patio by the pool. The pool is surrounded by terraces on which there is plenty of room for sun loungers, chairs, and tables for guests to relax and enjoy the views and magnificent sunsets.

Διαθέτει μεγάλη κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη , σαλόνι και 2 υπνοδωμάτια.Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο στην παραλία Ωρωπού, σε απόσταση λίγων μέτρων από οργανωμένες παραλίες καφετέριες,εστιατόρια και σούπερ μάρκετ. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον 3ο όροφο και η πρόσβαση γίνεται με τις σκάλες.(δεν διαθέτει ασανσέρ).

Απέχει μόλις 100 μέτρα από την παραλία και απέχει μόλις 45χλμ από την Αθήνα.Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και η λειτουργία του ξεκινησε τον Μάιο του 2022.Διαθέτει κουζίνα-καθιστικό ,μπάνιο και υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι. Εξωτερικό χώρο με τραπεζαρία και θέα στον κήπο!
