The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. There is a terrace with 2 seats and 1 sofa and 3 deck chairs. It has the outdoor swimming pool with pool shower. It is perfectly situated nearby Kotor Old Town - just 8 min walk.

If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. A local bus station is right in front of the house, if you want to reach Perast-Risan (2€).
