Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. The path at the side leads to the castle gardens which is a short cut to the vibrant fishing village of Mumbles. It is quiet and peaceful with everything you need for a perfect coastal retreat. There is off road parking and an EV charger for which usage is billed at the end of the stay, if appropriate.

Victorian terraced house in the heart of Mumbles

Bright yet cosy home in the heart of vibrant Mumbles but tucked away on a quiet street. Only a 2 minute walk to the seafront with great bars, cafés and restaurants, and 10 minutes from beautiful sandy beaches. We live here part-time, so this is very much our family home. It’s best suited to families or friends looking for a relaxed, peaceful stay. Guests are very welcome to enjoy themselves, but the house isn’t suitable for parties or late-night gatherings.
