Small apartment -own entrance. The room/apartment has a kitchen with a new stove, oven, microwave, fridge, TV and its own toilet. A spa with a jacuzzi, sauna heated with wood, and relax. Shared recreation room for yoga, with a ping pong table and laundry. The apartment is in our classical villa from 1942 in peaceful area with a big garden and barbeque possibilities. 10 min by car to Södermalm, 15 min to city center with t-bana from Skarpnäck or Skogskyrkogården. A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) Equipped kitchen The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome.

Your own private stylish apartment in my house, located in Tallkrogen/Enskede only 15 min on the metro from central Stockholm. Parking available right outside. I just had this beautiful apartment build and everything is brand new. Two rooms: a private bedroom with a queen size bed for two, and a living room with a full kitchen. The living room has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed that sleeps two more people.

Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses.
