The queen size bed is partially separated from the living room by a breakfast counter. Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. Pls. note that price will automatically reflect a fee of $30 per night for each additional guest after the first 2 guests.

Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

The apartment is on 45 acres with a pond and beautiful nature walks. The property is 9 miles/15 minutes from Cornell, Ithaca College and downtown Ithaca. We back up to Shindagin Hollow with 20 miles of trail for mountain biking, hiking , birding or snowshoeing. We are located in the Finger Lakes with wineries and breweries galore.
