Appreciated the attention to details, especially the needs of young children staying over - they had age appropriate games, plates & utensils, high chair, pack & play. Nothing was missed. The house was cozy and had plenty of functional space. We would have loved to utilize the pool area in the backyard, if visiting in warmer months!

The house was conveniently laid out for our family group. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. We had a 10 month old with us so the high chair and crib were much appreciated. Door Dash found the house easily too

This was an extra special way to celebrate a birthday and new years. Looking forward to coming back during the fall season

5/5 – A Perfect Family Getaway We had an incredible stay and truly didn’t want to leave. The home was ideal for a family vacation—comfortable, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches. My children were devastated to go! We had planned a few small adventures in the surrounding area, but they were so happy in the pool that we barely left the property. We came during spring break from upstate New York, where it was still snowing, so the warm weather and sunshine were a much-needed reprieve. The house had everything we needed: Netflix, Alexa, a garage full of pool noodles and floaties, and a lovely selection of children’s books that my toddlers adored. One of the most heartwarming moments was when Neil kindly gifted my daughter a stuffed cat she had fallen in love with—it meant so much to her and to us. This was the kind of stay that creates lasting memories. We can’t wait to come back.

We loved our stay for our annual summer end vacation that we’re planning on booking for next year. The pool & hot tub are absolute perfection. We were able to comfortably cook all our meals & simply enjoy being in a home away from home. There were plenty of towels, pillows, linens & blankets. On top of the 4 beds, there is a Murphy bed & chairs that convert to beds! The property has gorgeous views of the bay with quiet but friendly neighbors. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with everything that you could possibly need then this is the place for you!

Our family stayed here right after Christmas & not only did the accommodations fit us perfectly, it was nice to be somewhere that was decorated for the holiday. The house was of course old, but that is part of the charm. The bathrooms were pristine & the grounds were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Martha!

Loved our time here. It was a great space to stretch out after spending time in NYC. Lots of fun extras for the kids like the toys and games in the shanty. Great proximity to church historical sites if that is of interest. Would recommend to anyone!

Our family (including our two dogs) had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was spacious, making it perfect for relaxing and spreading out. The location was ideal—peaceful neighborhood with convenience to the event we are attending, shopping centers, and restaurants. The host was incredibly communicative, always quick to respond and offer helpful information. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Had a wonderful stay. Great pet friendly option! We appreciated the communication leading up to our stay. Linens were stain free and fresh, gave us hotel vibes! The purpose of our trip was to have our extended family the opportunity to meet our 5 month old so we communicated with host that people would be stopping in to meet her and it was a wonderful space for memories to be made. Would definitely return in the future visits to Rochester.

Our stay on the lake was wonderful. The housing was perfect and met our needs. This would be a great house to rent during the summer months. WE had a little trouble locating the house initially as it is located among other houses and the drive down to the house is not clearly marked. If you are coming from the south you need to make a turn almost opposite the way you are coming into a steep drive to the housing. It needs to be better marked, maybe with an arrow and house number. The house could also us a little address sign on the walkway for clarification. HOWEVER, the stay was great and getting information to the person in charge was easy. The accommodations were very good. The view was wonderful. The water frontage is a bit steep but there are steps to bring you to the water. In all this is a wonderful home for vacation with amenities about 15 minutes away. I would give Nancy or Eric a call again.

My husband, one year old, and I stayed here for a long weekend to visit the zoo and the museum of play. This place was perfect for us! The house is spectacularly clean and has everything you need. I love how everything is decorated so nicely and it's very homey. Tons of close restaurants and a beautiful park made this the perfect location. We'd definitely come back to this air BNB if we found ourselves back in the area. Thank you!

We loved this place! I was here with two friends for a wedding, and we remarked over and over again what a delightful place to sit and visit- the decor is so cheerful, the couches are amazingly comfortable, we had a great view of the lake (Conesus Lake, I think?), and the electric fireplace was an extra cozy touch. Oh, and we arrived to find some amazing muffins- such a delightful treat!

Tammy and Joe were great. they were very helpful and made sure we felt welcomed. the place is centrally located to everything we needed. enjoy being close to the lake, very peaceful. Will definitely use them again.

this was my third time staying with Margaret, and I once again always enjoy being there. feels like a little home away from home for me and my kids. The neighborhood is so nice, my kids love that Margaret has toys for them to play with, and I always sleep so comfortable here.

Peter and Ana were terrific hosts and their home is so cute! They were so responsive whenever we had questions, and they made the house very welcoming. We had lots of room to celebrate the holidays with family and the fenced yard for the dogs was fantastic!

We stayed only one night for New Year's eve. We had a lovely time. Beautiful view on the lake. The house is charming! Plenty of space. We would have stayed longer.. Derrick responded quickly to our queries. All was perfect! Thank you.

This was an absolutely wonderful property! We loved the location and it was a beautiful place perfect for our family of four and two dogs. I loved walking my dogs all over the beautiful lake area. We enjoyed fresh local food, very kind people, and the charm of a small lake town. Thank you to our host for being so responsive and helpful!

It was a wonderful experience staying at Larry and Don’s place. The house is so cozy, perfectly equipped, and very clean. The view of the lake from the windows is calming and adds to the uniqueness of the home. Larry and Don were fully available, and everything we hoped for was exactly as expected. We were four adults and four children, and we had plenty of space — it never felt crowded. We highly recommend staying with Larry and Don!

As described- nice place on the water great for a nice quiet getaway. I would definitely go back. Amenities are super close by and the grill and fire pit are huge adds for an awesome weekend. Some parts of the house are starting to show age a bit and some simple upgrades like bathroom doorknobs could go a long way, but the place is definitely charming and quaint!

This place is a gem! The description and photographs clearly show what you can expect. The space is warm, inviting, and just a short drive from town. We had everything we needed…and then some! Tiffany communicates well and is quick to respond. We would stay here again without hesitation. It was such a pleasant weekend getaway!

The location is cute and convenient, and was perfect for a weekend stay. It had everything we needed (we never used the washer and dryer but it's nice to have it available, just in case!). It was clean and bright, and the shower was great. The water pressure was good, and the water got nice and hot for a relaxing, steamy shower. The linens and towels were fresh and clean, and the decor was on point. It was fun looking through all the records and checking out the beer can wall. Thanks to the recommendation from the host, we made a quick stop to the cemetery to pay our respects and to check out the daffodils. 5/5, would come back again:)

This was such a tremendous trip! Robin’s home was spectacular. I planned this trip for my mother’s 50th, and it was exactly what we needed! The views were worth every penny. The home, although a bit older, was so so clean and had very minimal bugs (which I had expected to be a significant issue in the mountains, but it wasn’t!) We spent most of our time on the porch overlooking the lake, playing the games Robin has available, and watching some old movies! We’re from a small mountain village in NM and grew up 50mi from any towns so this felt JUST like home! All the spaces were well appointed and the beds were very comfy! The open kitchen and living area had everything we needed! Robin was very attentive and answered all my questions. One thing to remember is to bring all the food and snacks you’ll need. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Chay’s place was the perfect spot to hangout with my family after getting ENGAGED at Tim’s Pumpkin Patch! We felt right at home. Chay’s place was very clean and comfortable and check in/out was effortless. Thank you for letting us stay at your place during this special trip.
