lyad was a wonderful host. He responded immediately. The location is primo! If you are a walker, you can walk to the Italian market, Chinatown to Rittenhouse Square. You can Uber too. The city has so much to offer from theatre to museums. The food Is the BEST! I was born and raised in Philly. Yes it's a big city. You need to be aware of your surroundings just like any other big city. This is an amazing city full of history. Big yet feels small. Philadelphians love tourist. Come and explore this amazing city. Stay at lyad's place. We felt safe and again a great location.

the place was just as described and the photos show it all. it's in a building that's on a busy corner but the traffic wasn't a bother while we were there. it was a quiet pleasant stay and we will stay again when we're in the area for sure! Maribel was an amazing host, responsive and helpful! we appreciate you!

Great location. Nice space and decorated well. The one bathroom is much smaller than the other which worked OK for us but would be tight for 2 couples. Greg responded quickly when we needed more kitchen towels and dropped them off! Nice stay! Very safe!

Very nice family space. Nice area to play games or watch movies on the rainy days. Kathy was super helpful with parking and getting settled.

Dr. Katina’s home was beautiful and peaceful. The host was friendly and easy to get in touch with when needed. I appreciated the get to know you paper that allowed me to learn more about the host and her mission! I will stay here again!

Zijadan’s AirBnb was perfect for the occasion! It was clean, organized, and simply beautiful. The Airbnb was spacious and the location was perfect. It was very close to the boardwalk and amenities. I will highly recommend this Airbnb to other visitors of Wildwood!

My fiance and I had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the location being so close to Drexel and UPenn's campus! Lots of great food options, don't miss the coffee shop across the street.

Ivy's place is on a quiet street within easy walking distance of Drexel and UPenn. She was a gracious host and very quick to respond to our inquiries. The house itself was immaculate and very comfortable. We enjoyed time sitting in the beautiful garden in the backyard too. We hope to stay again!

We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

We love coming to Georgetown and love staying at Rick's place. It's perfect for us, and we can relax there. The house is beautiful with great amenities. My mom appreciates the walk-in shower. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking. The beds are comfortable, as is the furniture in living and dining rooms. Rick is a fantastic host. I highly recommend this home!

We enjoyed the stay the house is very clean from top to bottom. I met the owner very nice person if I needed anything I was told to let him know. I will recommend to my family & friends. The only problem was the parking. Will reserve again.

We loved this place!! It was gorgeous and spacious and well taken care of. We are very likely to return in the future. The outside fireplace is a nice touch. My only recommendations would be for tvs in bedroom. although my travel companions disagee, and for a full length mirror somewhere. Other than that, perfection.

very nice house, bathrooms were a little small, but definitely clean. it is an older house, so lots of squeaking going on, but it kinda made for the whole older house experience. would definitely stay there again!

We had a nice stay while in town for a wedding! Great for our families together with enough space for four families with children. We were very grateful for their accommodations in setting up some extra air mattresses for the children.

Michelle's place was spacious and well-appointed for myself and four other people. The water pressure was great, there was plenty of hot water for showers, and it was conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet, and while we didn't have time to enjoy the amenities, the screened-in porch was lovely to enjoy and, best of all, free! The beds were firm and comfortable; the apartment was very clean! Thanks for a great stay, Michele!

Linda’s condo was unmatched! Her attention to detail and cleanliness is amazing. I’ve stayed at many places like this before, as this is our families preferred way to travel. This is by far one of the best condos we’ve ever stayed in. It was very organized, there were additional items ( such as paper products, spices) available to use. There were even little hospitality baskets in each bathroom with eye masks, mints, Q-tips. What a nice touch! Another reason we chose this condo is the storage shed with beach toys and chairs. It was so lovely to walk to the beach or sit near the bay. Now that I told you how great the condo is- let’s talk about location! One block to the ocean and on the bay. We walked or rode bikes everywhere. I really enjoyed being there on the “off season”- the weather was 70+ and sunny every day. This vacation was a 10!

This condo is very clean and nicely equipped. We had no problems, locating it and certainly felt safe and had no problems. There is a diner right next to it which is within walkable distance. The beach and Boardwalk are about a 10 minute drive with traffic. A walk to these areas would be relatively long but you could potentially ride a bike. Certainly would stay here again.

Very quiet and nice. Parking was a little tight as the other vehicle in the driveway had parked right on the line and had 3 feet or more on the other side, but we made it work.

Enjoyable stay near the beaches and outlets. Clean living space with ample amenities including a nice pool. Host was friendly, accommodating, and prompt to respond to questions/requests.

There was an issue when we arrived and the cleaners had not been there. The host was quick to respond and address the issue. The place looks like it has been updated since the photos and the rooms were larger than I anticipated. It was an easy walk to the beach and convention center and there were a lot of restaurants around. We were traveling in the off season so many weren't open but during the spring/summer you would have access to a lot of different options.
