All 2,800 sq. ft of my home is at your disposal and 2 minutes from popular restaurants and diners. Your Host lives in the attached Artist Studio with its own access and parking. This 625 sqft fully furnished studio apartment has its own private entrance and sleeps 2-3 with a queen bed and Murphy bed. Other than outside, there is no contact with other people (hosts, other guests, etc) possible unless the guest allows such. The unit consists of a living room, dining space (breakfast basics provided), kitchen, full bathroom/laundry. Walk to Fairfield U; an easy train ride to NYC. (Need the Murphy bed? PLEASE do not wait until just before checkin to let us know that!)

Bright and private, this 2nd-floor apartment has everything you need! Features a full kitchen, laundry, and easy highway access. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac near great local bars and restaurants. Enjoy Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime, and Hulu. Dedicated parking is behind the left garage. FYI: I occasionally host card games in the garage below until 11:30 PM, but my guests won't use the driveway. Plus, feel free to use the grill and small patio behind the garage! A cozy, homey retreat for your stay.

A magical, peaceful and relaxing space. Conveniently located on the Connecticut/New York border, just a 1 ½ hour drive or metro north from NYC. The area is a prime location, as it offers some of the most stunning and scenic hikes & drives in the country. Only a 10 minute drive from Kent, New Milford or Pawling.

The Farmhouse

Enjoy staying at our charming Farmhouse in the heart of our working dairy farm. Our farm sits on some of the most beautiful hills in Cornwall with the famous Gateway to Cornwall view where you can see our dairy cows grazing in the grandeur of nature. Come say hello to the cows in the barn during milking or watch the herd cross the road evoking sites you might expect to see in small European farming villages. You'll likely see us on our tractors bringing hay and water to our cows!

With a forest as your backyard and RT34 one min away, you can easily balance your desire for nature and adventure with the need for easy travel and commuting, take a short hike into a forest (trails minutes away) and/or relax under the stars around a fire pit.

Artist's Garden Apartment

Private second floor apartment with entrance. Detached from the host's main house. Overlooks perennial herb and flower gardens located in the backyard. Walking distance to White Memorial Nature Preserve and the historic Litchfield Center. Walk or bike from the backyard to shopping, restaurants, art galleries, bakeries, or to a 3000 acre nature preserve and take in the Flora and Fauna. Quiet residential neighborhood that is close to so many amenities and activities.

The Cove Cabin

An original Candlewood style cabin. The house has been updated to offer all modern comforts. It features a large fireplace in the living room, porch over looking the lake, central heat and air conditioning and a fully equipped cook's kitchen. It is on the northern most part of Candlewood Lake with direct, private water access from the shore or the dock. A foam lily pad, two SUP, and two inflatable two person kayaks are available for use from May 1 to November 1..

Lakeside Private Guest Suite

Feel like you're in your own studio apartment in the spacious, bright lower level of our home! Walk out to your own lounging/dining area. Guests have their own separate entrance & parking space(s). Enjoy the serenity of Camp Columbia state park, as it is our extended backyard. Tip: The sunsets are beautiful! 2 hours from NYC, 30-45 minutes to local skiing & just 10 minutes to Washington Depot. We've recently made some updates in response to guests' feedback!

The Cottage at Cedar Spring Farm

Welcome to The Cottage at Cedar Spring Farm located on a 16 acre working Christmas tree farm bordered by 155 acres of protected land trust with marked hiking trails. The holidays are right around the corner. Holiday reservations have date restrictions. Please inquire about availability. Conveniently located to I-84, shopping, local farms, wineries, breweries, restaurants, and Heritage Village. Please note that we allow pets (dogs only) and have a limit of two.
