Bedroom 1 includes a king size bed and bedroom 2 a queen size bed. The living area is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen features quality appliances and granite countertops. Cooking ware, dishes, and utensils provided.

Fifteen minutes from the Provo Airport and a five-minute drive from the freeway, our place is near Sundance, Brigham Young University (BYU), Utah Valley University (UVU), Hobble Creek Canyon & golf course, and Bartholomew Park. A beautiful, private retreat with a private backyard featuring a large mature tree that stands over 100 ft tall, surrounded by a large deck with seating for gatherings of any size. We welcome Small Dogs (sub 35lb) $50/day. This will be billed separately. IMPORTANT: We do not allow parties at this house. We've had some locals rent this space and be very disruptive to our neighborhood. Please book somewhere else if you're looking to throw a party.
