Η είσοδος στο χώρο του διαμερίσματος είναι ιδιωτική για τους καλεσμένους. Το σπίτι απέχει 3' με το αμάξι από την παραλία και 6' απο το κέντρο. Με αμάξι η απόσταση από το αεροδρόμιο είναι 17' και 5' από το λιμάνι της Ραφήνας. Η περιοχή της Αρτέμιδας είναι δημοφιλής τόπος για water sports (SUP, Windsurfing, kitesurfing).

The house is located in the heart of Athens on the oldest street, Tripodon. The latter is aged 25 centuries and has the same width and length as in Ancient Athens. All the main attraction are located in less than 5 minutes walking, including Acropolis Hill, the ancient Greek Agora and the Roman one and the Handrian's Library. On the upper level is the fully equipped kitchen along with the living room and one master bedroom. Downstairs 1 master bedroom and one small bedroom for children.
