There is an outdoor fish cleaning area, a freezer for the carcasses, and we are a 5 minute walk to Pymatuning Lake State Park to fish the jetty, rent boats & kayaks or launch your own boat at the Marina. Enjoy the beach area with a playground. The Spillway (where the ducks walk on fish!) is minutes away! House Only, does not include garage or shed.

Just kick back and listen to the sound of the waterfall flowing into the 2 acre pond filled with colorful koi or just watch the wildlife come and go with the seasons. The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment & comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.
