We loved this house!!! Lauren has done a beautiful job of furnishing and decorating this old 70s house. From the front, the street appeal isn't great but that doesn't matter at all once you enter. It's VERY spacious, stylish, comfortable and homely. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped, Lauren even provides multiple towels for each guest which is so lovely when having a longer stay! It's the small, thoughtful touches like this that can make a huge difference.. There are books and games for both kids and adults alike. Lauren is so helpful and friendly, and was always quick to respond. Despite being an older house, we can't fault our stay, we absolutely loved it and would happily return. Thank you so much Lauren!!

Our group had a great experience at this Airbnb! Tevy was really helpful and was flexible in supporting a rather big group. Tevy was accommodating with our check-in time and provided clear, thoughtful instructions throughout. The space itself was peaceful and quiet, making it a great place for relaxation. It was also very clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed.

Great spot for a family holiday. The property itself is far enough away from houses for children to run around and be silly (including using the play equipment and tennis / basketball court), but near enough to towns and activities to keep everyone fed and entertained. The kitchen was also unusually well stocked in terms of pots, pans, cutlery, etc. Really enjoyed our stay.

This is a gorgeous place to stay. The house is really beautiful with lots of interesting spaces and it is so light, spacious, and inviting. Bedrooms all comfortable. The stand out is the spa and pool, we loved being able to use both, the pool was deep and a comfortable temperature. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice and clean place Family friendly house

We had an amazing stay at The Queen with a group of 12 friends, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was incredibly spacious, super clean, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend. The backyard setup was a highlight—with plenty of space for games, chilling out, and enjoying the sun in the pool. Amit was an exceptional host being responsive and friendly making the whole process seamless from start to finish.

Excellent location and great value for money. The hosts were super professional & easy to deal with, totally did their due diligence for our check-in. On the contrary, Check-in info needs to be communicated slightly better as there was nothing indicating we had to get in through a grey gate to access the lockbox, it was a free access but we had to search for a good 5-10 minutes for the lockbox. The equipment in the house needs to be replaced. For instance, the soap dispenser wasn’t working in the main bathroom. Washing machine was super old, its quick wash cycle being a whopping 3 hours which was disappointing. There was a massive hole in one of the bedroom’s closet, the back gate to the garden was also playing up. Lastly, we’d expected cordless vacuum cleaner for convenience, however that wasn’t the case. Overall, with few minor changes/ improvements, this house has the potential to tick all the boxes

We had a lovely stay at Merediths place - just what we needed to recharge the batteries! The unit was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and also a few little extra touches such as chocolates, sourdough bread and necessary pantry staples. Whilst we knew that Meredith was close by it was certainly a private and comfortable accomodation. We would stay again! Thanks so much for having us.....

Beautiful comfortable place, very easy to get in, secure carpark, with a beautiful view of the marina. Peter left detailed instructions for check in which made things extremely easy. Apartment was super clean but just watch out for the ants they are very quick if you leave any food out! Would definitely recommend and come back

Great place to stay near the beach with everything you need in close proximity. I love the extra touches like beach equipment, coffee machine, crepe maker and blender. Highly recommend

Beautiful, peaceful location right on the river. Very easy check in and Wendy is responsive and easy to communicate with. Had a lovely few days at Airyes Inlet.

From the easy check in process, the apartment stay delivered on expectations. The apartment is very fairly priced for the great location and facilities- Free 24/7 inner city parking (if you need it) within a few minutes walk, a very cozy, light apartment which was very well stocked and equipped. Super comfy beds. Some great bars, bakery/ cake shops and restaurants close by and easy access to the trams.

Liana's place makes you happy and peaceful. The place is decorated with so much taste and the many thriving plants give the place an amazing vibe. We enjoyed our stay in Ocean's Grove: the beach, the river and the many other attractions of the Bellarine. Thank you Liana!

Incredibly peaceful surrounds with rolling hills, pond with ducks and access to a tennis court and a basketball ring. The cottage is perfectly basic with a great selection of board games and a TV without Netflix/streaming. We enjoyed sunset on the back porch, games of tennis and the close proximity to beaches and wineries. Thank you Anastasia for sharing this slice of summer paradise

Our two visits 'bookended' a two week holiday in Tasmania, via Ferry rides with car. We very much appreciated being able to visit and stay at Christines accommodation.

Wayne is a great host. The property is within the Barrabool Maze Estate. We had access to the entire estate whilst there and our son had a fantastic time doing the maze a few times. There's also a variety of birds and a playground and lots of other things to see. A great cafe with great service and yummy food. The house itself is filled with beautiful art, knick knacks and very spacious. Clean rooms, has everything you need for a weekend stay and felt very private. Not too far from Geelong or surrounding towns. Recommend if you're ever wanting to stay somewhere not too far from a city but wanting quiet & relaxing surroundings.

Thanks Jude and Bill, I had a great stay in Ocean Grove for a couple of nights. The place was clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a short stay. Did not expect the provided food and bits for the beach, a lovely touch.

Our family of four had such a lovely stay here. The cottage was even nicer than the pics, with lots of thoughtful touches. The pool and gardens are gorgeous, too, and host Caesar (the lab) took us on a walk through the grounds, past the cows and horses, olive trees and more. Kate and Evan were very welcoming and gave us clear instructions about everything. Location-wise, it was nice and central, with Port Arlington, Barwon Heads etc an easy drive away and we found lots of activities to keep the kids entertained. Thanks for having us!

Our group of 5 all equally enjoyed our stay at the Cottage - we found everything was just as described in the listing and the relative seclusion made us feel as if we were on holiday. We'll definitely stay here again.

We spent 6 nights at Phar Lap Tree Cottage and found it to be a relaxing, private , quiet and cosy place to stay. Kevin is a very thoughtful and caring host and welcomed us with chocolate Easter bunnies and a nice bottle of wine. There were also generous breakfast provisions. The queen size bed is probably the most comfortable one we've experienced on our airbnb stays. Looking out over the lovely garden, listening to the birds and watching the sunsets from the verandah was a special highlight. The cottage is in a great position for easy driving access to the Bellarine Peninsula and Great Ocean Road. We plan to stay at Phar Lap Tree Cottage again.
