The Garage is so large you can park a 4 door side by side in the garage. The sleeping space comfortably sleeps 6 adults on 3 queen size beds. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed. In the garage area two additional queen size beds drop down with the press of a button. For day or night time views keep the garage door open and enjoy the scenic delta views.

I do not have a place to park it for your usage so you must have a place to park it. I will be happy to deliver it with a fee per mile in California! :) The bedroom mattress is a queen size and very comfortable. The couch folds out to a bed. Full kitchen and bathroom. If another sleeping space is needed I have a comfortable fold up bed cot available for a small fee.

This trailer has a outside kitchen and shower. When thinking of taking the family out, this one makes you feel at home.

Pet and smoking are not allowed.
