Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This newly built attached annexe is a private, open plan living space, just up the road from Burton Town centre with easy access to local amenities and stunning views towards Derbyshire. You will be able to enjoy a game of pool or table tennis, relax in front of the Tv, or get on with a spot of work in the large open plan living space, including: a bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom. The outdoor terrace is ideal for relaxing.

Ryelands Retreat

Spend some time away in this modern, countryside bungalow. Ideal for families or small groups of friends! Close to both Burton Town Centre (15 minute drive) and Lichfield City Centre (20-25 minute drive). Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area). The garden is a shared area between the bungalow and the owners.

Boothorpe Farmhouse

Boothorpe Farmhouse is up a single track, no through road in a quiet Hamlet of Boothorpe which borders Leicestershire & Derbyshire. It is surrounded by the National Forest providing the best views and walks. The cottage is of historic note and is listed in the Doomsday Book but has been stylishly designed and provides a comfortable place to stay. There are are some amazing places to visit and things to do also a number of good local pubs and restaurants

Conveniently located for the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with it’s Castle, country walks on the door step with the added bonus of a local Public House (The Black Lion) selling a selection of real ales, across the lane. This makes this the perfect place to explore the National Forest and everything it has to offer. Charging of electric vehicles by prior arrangement only, at an additional cost.
