Suitable for couples, families with children or pets, sporty people and retired people or anyone willing to relax, refresh and renew in the vicinity of the sea. Equipped with kitchen and living room, balcony with a front seaview, bathroom and one double bedroom. The owners live in the same house. Grill and pool areas are shared with guests from other 4 apartments in the house.

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. Whole house is best option for families who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Kitchen with cooker and fridge, bathroom with shower and ground floor terrance. In front of house is swimming pool that our quests can use for free if the respect rules of using it, as well tennis court and outdoor fireplace. Please have in mind that we are family home and party is not allowed.
