The house, pool and view were stunning. Had everything we needed and more. We will be coming back here and we recommend this house to everyone.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. Everything was just as described, and we particularly liked that all of the rooms were ensuite. The outdoor area was at least as beautiful as on the pictures, we were happy to use the barbecue place outside and loved the pool. Communication was very easy and flexible. We definitely recommend the villa as a great place for a vacation with friends.

We had a lovely 8 night stay. The place is in a small village on a quiet island, so there isn't a huge amount to do, but this was absolutely perfect for us and our three youngish kids. The place itself had absolutely everything we needed already provided and ready to use, including dishwasher and washing machine. But the highlights for us were the swimming pool, the fully equipped outdoor wood and charcoal bbq and eating area. With these, some days we didn't even feel the need to leave the villa. A special mention must go out to the hosts too. They were charming, so friendly and during our stay brought us delicious and home made produce. We really couldn't have been made to feel more welcomed. We didn't have a car, but go by ok by using a mix of buses and taxis'. We went a couple of times to Maslinica, a lovely beach with some shade, clear sea, bar, shops and restaurants using the local bus which was easy to get to, quick and reliable.

Tomislav et son épouse sont des hôtes très accueillants et très attentionnés. Jus dans le frigo, savons et carte avec recommandations d activités ont été très appréciés. Le logement est très propre , la piscine impeccable et très agréable. Sans parler de la vue qui est magnifique ! Petit plus l emplacement est parfait puisqu à 10mn à pieds se trouvent d excellents restaurants, boutiques et accès à la mer. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Sehr viel Platz, der für die Anzahl von 12 Personen perfekt gepasst hat. Der Strand mit der Umgebung war mega!! Insgesamt hat alles gepasst. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und erreichbar gewesen. Gerne wieder☺️

Bardzo polecam - tym bardziej dla większej grupy osób. My byliśmy w osiem, ale bez problemu zmieściłoby się nawet i 12. Duży basen, super miejsce do grilla. Przepiękne widoki z balkonów i tarasów, apartamenty czyste, wszystkie sprzęty bardzo zadbane, kuchnia świetnie wyposażona. Jedynym minusem były kamery skierowane na basen i miejsca obok basenu, co po części jest zrozumiałe, ale i często niekomfortowe dla użytkowników basenu. Super obiekt, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami.

The villa was clean, well maintained and looked like the images. It is located in a quiet village with only one restaurant within walking distance, but it is only ten minutes drive from Supetar Port where there are lots of bars and restaurants. The host was responsive and gave useful recommendations to places nearby the village. I would definitely recommend.

Underbart hus med perfekt läge nära butiker och bageri. Lugnt område och fräscht hus med allt man kan önska. Lea var en superbra värd!

Die Gastgeber waren ganz toll, Es war alles da was wir brauchten, es wurde regelmäßig sauber gemacht und die Häuser waren traumhaft schön. Wir konnten sogar beide Häuser nebeneinander buchen und haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Highlight: Der Kühlschrank mit Filterwasser und Eiswürfelfunktion. ☺️ Gerne wieder, vielen Dank! What a wonderful spot! The villa stylish, comfortable and super well equipped. The beds were really comfortable and AC in every room. We swam in the sea right in front of the house every morning. The town of Ivan Dolac was such a great size: super chill and sleepy but there are a few great restaurants, a bakery and a grocery store. Elisha and Matt were super helpful and responsive. They also gave us some really great hiking and restaurant recommendations. We were sad to leave! I hope we can make it back sometime in the future.

We have just returned from a brilliant week in the villa. We are a group of 3 ‘older’ couples who were looking for a generous outdoor space for eating and drinking and most definitely a pool. We were not disappointed and the space both inside and out more than catered for our needs. The villa is spacious and very well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms are first class. It was very hot whilst we were there so we made great use of the pool. The villa is well air conditioned and it was necessary to retreat indoors occasionally to cool down. Also just a short distance for a dip in the sea before breakfast too. Sutivan was perfect for us with enough bars and restaurants to suit our needs. It is a short stroll to the attractive harbour area and there was a nice lively feel to it in the evenings but without blaring music and groups of loud people. Would recommend without hesitation. Lina is a brilliant host - always responsive and helpful and willing to sort things out for you.

The host was incredibly helpful! They went above and beyond to make our stay great! We were gifted with 400L of wine homemade and a large amount of quid on arrival and their generosity did not stop there. We were given recommendations for food and cafes and Helena even helped us look up when buses would go and where to get them from. The house itself was lovely all of my friends had a great time here!

Beautiful home and a great host. Went with a group of friends for 4 nights in hvar. Sanja had great recommendations for us the whole time. The pool was beautiful and it was a short walk from everything in Hvar. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Thank you for such wonderful house, we had the best family time in this gorgeous house, which exceeded all our expectations. Fantastic, and quiet location, close to our favorite beaches, restaurants, and Supetar center, it is specious, aesthetically pleasing, and very nicely clean, it fulfilled all our wishes, and more. Just perfect for our family of 7, we will be back again next year.

Veldig flott villa. Stedet så fantastisk ut og i nabolaget var det veldig idyllisk kan absolutt anbefale en tur hit. Vi dro hit med storfamilien totalt 10 stykk og enda hadde vi et soverom til overs. Vi ble møtt av en veldig hyggelig vert som ordnet opp i det vi hadde spørsmål om. Vi fikk også sjekke inn noen timer tidligere som passet oss veldig bra. Ved avreise hadde vi glemt av en mobillader. Verten kjørte i ens ærend til fergen for å levere denne til oss, Super service. Helt fantastisk plass som jeg kan anbefale på det sterkeste.

Damir’s property was just as described, in a truly beautiful location. This property was extremely clean and well equipped. Mimice is a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood which we felt safe in. Damir was very communicative and responsive, making check-in and check-out incredibly smooth. He provided clear instructions which added to the overall positive experience. We really hope to return to Mimice and to this property again. Thank you Damir.

The villa was really great, the photos just don't do it justice & it exceeded our expectations. Clean, spacious, beautiful garden & pool, excellent air con throughout and en-suits in every bedroom. Vera met us & showed us everything at the villa, giving us information on what shops etc were available locally. The beaches locally are just beautiful, very walkable if you don't mind a hill back up to the villa. Lovely crystal clear sea & snorkelling, which we loved. Vera kindly let us help ourselves to fresh figs from the garden along with tomatoes & peppers. Heaven!

Perfect location. Within 50 metres at the harbour, bars and restaurants. A little further to the beach. Villa was a delight, lots of space both inside and out. Ivan was excellent meeting us where we parked the car and helping us to the villa with all our bags and shopping. Had a lovely stay

Sanja has our highest recommendation. This was not just a stay, but a whole experience we will never forget. She made our week totally unique & unforgettable. We are so grateful! If you are looking for an immersive, local experience, you can't get better than this. Sanja picked us up at the ferry and was available to drive us anywhere (we had no car). The house is partially renovated - kitchen is gorgeous, and the bedrooms / baths are an older style. Plenty of room for 4 of us. Kids loved the pool. Located on a hill, it's a 4 min walk down to the most beautiful, uncrowded peaceful rock beach, with crystal clear blue water. It's a 10-15 min walk down to a bigger beach with a restaurant. Small market is ~20-min walk. However, the best part is Sanja and her husband. She cooked us two amazing, local meals, and even taught a cooking class for my kids! Srdjan is a fisherman and took us out on his boat to see the incredible coastline, incl Stiniva. Magical. 100 stars!

Top Unterkunft! Wir haben hier zu 12. unseren Sommerurlaub verbracht und die Hacienda hat für jeden was geboten. Außerdem war Tomislav ein super freundlicher, zuvorkommender und großzügiger Gastgeber, der uns super Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben hat und das Essen was er für uns zubereitet hat war fantastisch! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely villa in beautiful surroundings with olive trees and the sea. Fantastic pool and the view is absolutely amazing both for mornings on the terrace and evenings to watch the stunning sunsets. You have absolutely privacy at the villa. The road to the villa is gravel so a car is definitely needed. There is approximately 2,5 km from main road to the villa at a gravel winding road. There is only air condition in the livingroom.

Lovely, peaceful villa tucked away on a quiet street in the village of Sutivan. The villa was exactly as described and as shown in the photos. Plenty of space for the two of us but the living area might feel cramped if the full capacity of the house was used. The outside area and pool were both very nice, the roof terrace especially was really great. Unfortunately we were plagued by mosquitoes and other insects while we were there (it might just be the time of year or something) and there are no screens so the house constantly had mosquitoes inside. Even though the pool was skimmed every morning by the host, there were tons of insects floating within just a few minutes of cleaning! As others have mentioned it was a steep climb from the harbour to the villa (and rough/uneven underfoot) but it’s very short (only 3-4 mins walk) so it’s fine unless you have serious mobility issues. Lots of nice restaurants around! Despite the insects we would happily visit again or recommend to others!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Irena war einfach perfekt! Von Anfang bis Ende hatten wir einen großartigen Urlaub! Die Kommunikation mit Irena war hervorragend. Sie war stets erreichbar und reagierten prompt auf meine Nachrichten. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und erhielten eine detaillierte Einführung in die Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft selbst war makellos sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden, von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu bequemen Betten und einem modernen Badezimmer. Die Einrichtung war stilvoll und gemütlich, und wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Jedes Zimmer hat seine eigene Klimaanlage, das ist wirklich fantastisch. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Sie befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Bucht mit perfekten türkisblauem Meer und privatem Meerzugang. Die ruhige Nachbarschaft und die großzügige Terrasse mit eigenem Pool und ausreichend Sonnenschirmen lädt zum entspannen ein. Danke Irena!
