This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. De villa heeft een oppervlakte van 280 m2 en de capaciteit is 8+2. De villa beschikt over vele voorzieningen die nodig zijn voor een kwaliteitsvakantie, zoals een buitenzwembad, een hot tub, een zonneterras met ligstoelen, een eethoek in de openlucht en een barbecue. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een woonkamer met een volledig uitgeruste keuken, terwijl er op de eerste verdieping 4 slaapkamers zijn, elk met airconditioning, tv en een eigen badkamer. Het ontbijt is bij de prijs inbegrepen.

Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. Holiday house above Split with peaceful holiday retreat. House offers privacy and intimacy with breathtaking panoramic view. The house is build a month ago, set on 600 m2 (outdoor) with a beautiful garden, sunny terrace with jacuzzi and sunbeds and amazing view of the sea and Split and a big swimming pool. Indoor it offers 380 m2 on 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms, dining room, living room with modern technology and wi-fi. There is also a space where you can exercise (gym) and a pool table.

Villa Fortuna is a brand new holiday home with swimming pool and big spacious terrace, overlooking Adriatic see and Dalmatian islands. The space for the guest is located on a first floor which includes a private swimming pool, big spacious terrace with lounge area, garden with dining/grill area is available exclusively for guests. The property landlord lives on site at ground floor apartment, with separate entrance. We are family of 4 and will be at your disposal during your stay.

Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊

Villa DalMare Split offers accommodation in Split for up to 8 persons. Our guests can enjoy the private hydro massage swimming pool as well as garden, BBQ and outdoor terrace with seating area. On the ground floor villa features new, modern and spacious air-conditioned kitchen, dining and living area. On the first floor villa features 4 spacious bedrooms each with its own air-conditioning. Two bedrooms have direct exit to the south terrace on the first floor.

This pretty holiday home comprises two accommodation units connected by internal stairs. The house is nicely and functionally furnished and is perfect for relaxing holiday of two families. The outdoor pool and all other amenities are for your use only (exclusively). Our Villa is located in a quiet urban neighbourhood and some restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. The closest beach is around 350 m away from the Villa.
