Great beautiful location in the historic Willow Glen district. Close to downtown Willow Glen with wonderful restaurants & shops to choose from. Very safe and comfortable environment, makes you feel right at home. Great central location close to everything. Definitely enjoyed our visit, and would definitely recommend.

Lucy’s house was so pretty and is sooo much better than in the pictures. I was happy with what I saw when I booked the house but I was even happier when we got in. The living room, kitchen and the master bedroom are so spacious, big and bright! Other rooms are great too and layout is great. The house is located in a very quiet, safe, green and new neighborhood. The house still smells new! Lucy herself is extremely responsive and will make sure you have everything you need. So happy with our stay!

Host is quick and responsive to messages. Very respectful and kind. Easy access and home was clean and everything just as in the pictures. Really enjoyed the stay and the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet.

Jennifer and co were lovely hosts! We had a last minute reservation that they were able to accommodate. Check-in was easy and they were very communicative throughout our stay as well. The house is in a very walkable area of San Jose. It felt safe to walk, even at night. Even though you’re nearby the downtown area the home itself felt like a private oasis. It was both spacious and cozy and there was plenty of room for both of us to work from home and have our two dogs. We stayed for a few weeks and they’ve done an excellent job at anticipating all the things you might need for an extended stay - especially with a well stocked kitchen. The pictures give an accurate representation of the place with the living area downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs. Overall, the bathroom and kitchen are nicely updated and the decor and furnishings give it that additional modern touch. Highly recommend stay and hope to be back!

This is a beautiful home located right on the water. The place was clean and the outside deck was a plus! The fridge made a loud buzzing noise during our stay but otherwise everything was perfect. 10/10 -- I'd recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Ripon, CA. The house was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was great, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and parks. Ripon is a charming town. The host provided excellent communication, making the check-in process smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Vidya was such an awesome host. She responded to all our questions instantly. She provided clear instructions and made sure all house rules were clear and concise. The home was huge and very spacious. The kitchen was perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering. The hot tub was such a nice place to relax. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We enjoyed our stay; everything looked like the pictures and the neighborhood was great. We would love to book again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay here. Lovely neighbourhood, close to shops and local park. House was spacious and the pool was a winner with the kids.

A few buddies and myself rented Anna’s home for our annual 4 day golf tournament. It is right on the golf course and walking distance to the clubhouse. The neighborhood was very quiet at night and the home was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing!

The house is a wonderful house. All of the rooms are spacious. The kitchen and the bathrooms are nice. The pool in the backyard is well kept and clean.

Very nice location, was a wedding party visiting from Canada and the east coast. The place was within one mile of The Hayes Mansion - which is where the wedding was. Super convenient, quiet and the house itself was clean and well kept. Thanks for keeping it that way, and our party thoroughly felt comfortable and well suited. Highly recommend it for similar sized parties with kids and adults all mixed in. May be a few more entertainment options like a pool table in the garage or board games could be good additions. Thanks.

Jennifer could not have been friendlier or more helpful. She was immediately available when a couple of questions came up. We rented her place so that our extended family could get together for Thanksgiving. It was well appointed, very easily accommodated 8 people, was very family friendly, and the outdoor spaces were fantastic. We look forward to renting again.

We had a great stay. It's nice, clean and comfortable. Especially the King master bed. Adrielle was responsive and communicated well. It's also only 3 blocks from the main strip in downtown. No surprises or misunderstood expectations here, this charming home presented just as it did in the pictures. Would surely recommend Adrielle and this home.

I came here because I wanted something I wanted to stay somewhere kind of desolate, but also very homey And this place was the perfect fit for that We enjoyed the spa outside, thankfully there was a bottle of bug spray to keep the bugs away from us during our stay. We enjoyed the ginormous TV and comfortable couch in the living room room with a bunch of throw blankets for extra cozy time! We cooked our meals there with the provided cookware. And lastly the big bathtub, a sunrise or sunset bath is beautiful

I had a great stay! As soon as I walked in my first thought was, "wow, it's so spacious." And when I sat on the bed I audibly said "this is so much better that a hotel!" The mattress is a really nice, supportive memory foam, which made for a very comfortable night of great sleep. The sofa was also very supportive and comfortable (a rarity in most moderately priced hotels.) Overall I was really impressed with the quality finishings and furnishings as well as the quality kitchen items/tools available for use. Additionally, the neighborhood/road is very quiet, I saw only 3 other vehicles on their road my whole stay. One was a friendly neighbor who stopped to talk while I was walking my dog and suggested a running/hiking route with even better views. Jessica sent me very helpful instructions with details on what to expect along the route to get there, which I greatly appreciated, especially since I was arriving at night.

This is a very quiet and peaceful spot with a nice outdoor seating area. Very roomy apartment space. Very reasonably priced for what you get. I would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling through the western Sierra's.

We feel so lucky to have found this little slice of heaven. Nestled in the hills above San Jose in a lush and peaceful setting, with an incredible view of the entire city from both the apartment and the ground-level deck. And only a quick drive down the hill to reach the city. I won’t repeat all the more typical positives that have been mentioned by other reviewers: they’re all true! Helen was always available via text, but we really didn’t have any issues that needed to be addressed. We loved it here and will be returning next year when we visit our daughter again.

My stay at the cozy cottage was very pleasant. Everything was clean and ready for my arrival. I was there for over a month and had very few issues. Andy was very responsive with the few concerns I had.

Many plumbing issues then expected from when I arrived, from bathroom sink to the bath. Hopefully fixed for the next person.
