Dawn’s place is private, well-appointed and in a fantastic location. You have an ocean view from the cottage, have access to a small semi-private beach, and a brief walk along the coast via the gorgeous neighborhood takes you to the larger Ocean Beach & boardwalk. Additionally there are very good restaurants, state parks, museums and pubs nearby. You’ll feel pampered by Dawn’s consideration and attention to detail and refreshed by the location and beaches.

Just the right peaceful off-season spot with nice local walks, very tidy & comfy, and much nicer price point than most of the coastal RI offerings.

My husband, son and I just returned from spending an absolutely fabulous week at the Harborview. I really can’t say enough good things about the house, location and host (Kristina). We’ve been vacationing on Block Island for years and have been staying in a B&B. Decided to try something different this year and I’m so glad we did. The house is spacious, clean, well equipped. Returning home after a day at the beach, I really felt like we were coming “home”. Town is close, but we enjoyed the quietness being a little outside of the center. Super close to both Scotch and Mansion beach. Kristina even invited us to their sister property, the Barrington Inn, to watch the 4th of July parade. I’m not sure we’ll ever stay anywhere else!

Cabin on Little River met our expectations and more. Myself, 2 sisters and my daughter wanted a quiet getaway. A charming open concept post and beam, pine floors and wood trim, woodstove for winter, deck with charcoal grill. It's very rural and IN the woods ( so bring bug repellant). Even though the host's home is visible you still feel tucked away. Kitchen and bath are modern and clean and the beds and livingroom were very comfortable. The soothing sound of the river is always present. It was relaxing to sit down in the adirondack chairs near its bank. The woods provide a place to walk. Lake is across the road. Glenn informed us of several events nearby that we were really interested in...but we never felt like leaving the cabin! There's a big firepit nearby and wood provided. Glenn is a wonderful host. A fellow artist, I asked to see his studio on the ground level. Even bought a couple small paintings. Do not hesitate to book this place if you are looking for a quiet respite!

I will book again and again. The comfort of the bed and shower was fantastic. The appliances were updated and I will recommend this little piece of solitude Heaven. It’s like a wee nature refuge and Perfect location. The hosts were attentive and kind. A million thanks!

The location was extremely peaceful and quiet. The space is small, but perfect for our needs. Deb, the co host, was extremely helpful with checkin and details.

Clean, updated interior, comfortable king size bed, and in a nice neighborhood. I recommend!

We had a great time in Mystic! The property was beautiful, comfortable and cozy and in a great location. It was an easy walk to downtown through a lovely community. Everything was as described in the listing and the host was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this listing if you are visiting Mystic!

This is a fabulous place to stay! Beautifully decorated and all the comforts of home. Andrew and Jessica were gracious hosts and great communicators. We will definitely stay again!

It was one of the best air b and b experiences. Wonderful clean, well decorated home-like place. We felt at home there and not like we were renting air b and b. All amenities were really there, everything how described. Very sweet host. I don’t usually expect to find good shampoo and conditioner that I can use because I am very picky with this stuff and in this air b and b Casey provided really good bathroom hygiene necessities. Also, really great shower with hot water. We felt like we were relatives and weren’t renters but still had all the privacy that comes when renting. Highly recommend this place! Also gorgeous and peaceful backyard, with lots of blooming trees and nature, lots of birds singing outside, it felt like a retreat. 🌞

Mara and Ross are wonderful hosts, very caring and helpful and lovely. Everything about our stay was perfect and super comfortable. There are very thoughtful touches throughout the house. The location is perfect - it's quiet and beautiful yet close to busier locales like Mystic. Five stars.

Such a wonderful little home! The yard is beautiful and so much space for our two dog. The inside is comfortable and has everything you need for a stay. The location is close to lots of things to do and yet, feels peaceful and quiet. Would absolutely book again if we come back to Rhode Island

Absolutely perfect stay! The hosts went out of their way to make sure i felt right at home. The cleanest airbnb I've ever stayed in. Comfy bed, great water pressure, fully equipped with everything i needed and more (the creek behind the property was a pleasant surprise). About 20 min walk to main street and 15 to wonderful hiking trails - i didn't have a car and was happy with that choice for a couple days (tho for longer stays i would recommend a car to fully take advantage of the environs, and to more easily buy groceries). Can't wait to go back!

Stayed here one night for a visit to Mystic, easy quick drive from attractions and simple check-in. We absolutely loved the location, extremely quiet, private, and cozy. Perfect spot for a quick trip, very kid friendly too. Awesome games table, and very sweet welcoming party of 3 adorable dogs. We loved our stay and would definitely consider it again in the future! :)

Thank you so much for another wonderful stay! This is my 2nd time staying and I feel like family already. Above and beyond helpfulness!— from the fabulous communication to the fresh eggs to help digging the car out from a snowstorm — it was such a nice visit and I will always stay there when in East Greenwich!

The apartment and property is lovely, and was more than enough space for my husband, 2yr old son, and dog. The neighborhood is quiet, and it had a nice location proximate to different beaches and wooded trails. We really appreciated the easy check-in and keypad since we had to arrive pretty late at night. Melissa was also very responsive and helpful! Though we were hoping for waves and got skunked on surf, we had no trouble finding other stuff to do.

What a wonderful weekend stay to celebrate our daughter’s engagement. Barbara was the perfect host. Hope to stay here again!! Thank you

Daniel’s place was clean and well-equipped. He even provided us with snacks for our stay. He struck the perfect balance of being helpful with recommendations and also letting us do our own thing while on vacation in the area. Would definitely recommend!

Colleen was really friendly. The place was super clean and matched the pictures. It was recently renovated and still had the new house smell. It was really nice having the whole place to ourselves, detached from the house with it's own driveway. Colleen was very responsive and even offered amenities not listed when I asked (needed a steamer/iron since we were attending a wedding).
