Given the open concept design - there is not a lot of privacy between bedrooms, just a big bookcase room divider b/w the rooms. There are a few sitting area's outside and a green roof too! Great neighborhood to hang out in (ranked in 2024 by Time Out magazine as one of "coolest neighbourhoods in the world", and top ranked in the Bay Area) close to some of SF's great spots -10 mins to De Young Art Museum, Cal Academy of Science, Conservatory of Flowers; Clement Street restaurants and stores; also close to The Presido, Golden Gate Bridge. Open to nightly rentals! Close to The Golden Gate Bridge and Muir Woods in magical Mill Valley. 400 sq ft + large deck of a well- appointed apmt in Tam Valley and with stunning view. Includes bedroom (king) with french doors, living room with pullout couch, a covered deck, and cooking area (see notes). Unwind when you arrive with a good book from our library and relax on the deck overlooking the many rolling hills of our breathtaking and wild neighborhood. :)

Please note that this is a hosted unit. For your convenience and peace of mind, the host lives on the top floor and is readily available should you need anything during your stay. The only shared spaces are the common hallways — your unit is entirely private.
