Wonderful, quiet condo in the perfect location for easy access to Palisades. Hosts provided really helpful instructions & suggestions, and were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is great! Sleeps a lot and has two floors and several rooms. It’s a great value and it’s in a great location. There are a million things to do nearby and the value is amazing for the area, especially considering proximity to the lake and the guest parking. The inside is nice and the amenities are just as advertised. I would definitely recommend and stay here again next time we have a big group in North Lake Tahoe.

Tracy was great at communicating before and throughout our stay. We had to reschedule our visit due to a snowstorm in Tahoe, and she was incredibly accommodating and understanding throughout the entire conversation. The place is lovely (special shoutout to the snacks and card!), and the location is perfect for a ski weekend getaway!

We spent a few nights at Tom and Margie’s lovely cottage with our dog. The place was just as pictured- adorable, clean, well- appointed. The fenced yard was a favorite - for us and our pup. The location is great and convenient to the lake. Would highly recommend!

Brook’s place is amazing. The location is walking to everything in Kings Beach but also very quiet. The photos don’t do the yard justice, it’s GIANT. The house is spacious and cozy. It is very well thought out and has everything you could need for a long term stay. Brook is a great host, super communicative and friendly. We were so lucky to find the place and can’t wait to be back. Thank you!!!

Great location! It was in a wonderful setting so close to the lake and a cute quiet neighborhood. Stacey was very good at communicating. We were able to check in early and check out late due to the flexibility. We had four adults, one infant, and one dog. We all fit wonderfully in the cabin. The kitchen had everything that we needed and was a great place to gather.

Mick worked with us when our flights were delayed and was proactive with communications. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner on our spring ski vacation. Thank you Mick!
